The staff were very welcoming and nice. The room was excellent and the grounds were well kept. I am thankful they had a room I was able to book last minute for a great price.

Totally loved this place. Exceptional service, well kept rooms. Quiet but very close to Disney, restaurants and shopping! We didn't have any complaints at all. Highly recommend !!

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the condo and the cleanliness of the premises. Upon entering, there's a full kitchen with an island and lunch counter. Cupboards and drawers are stocked with everything you need to prepare meals (saucepans, pots, glasses, plates, utensils, etc.), while the counters hold a blender for making smoothies and a toaster. There's a fridge, dishwasher and washing and drying area. The dining area is spacious, as is the living room. The balcony can be accessed from the living room; chairs and tables complete the decor. The condo is equipped with a washer and dryer behind the french doors. The first bedroom is located at the entrance and offers two single beds, a large closet, a TV and a lovely large connecting bathroom. Closer to the living room is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, access to the balcony, a connecting bathroom with double sink and a large closet with mirror. A safety locker is located inside the wardrobe, as are 5 beach towels. There's a ceiling fan, TV and plenty of drawers for storage. The bathroom is very large and features a glass shower with two shower heads. The resort is conveniently located near EVERYTHING: Walmart, Aldi, restaurants, Disney Springs, Magic Kingdom, Vineland Premium Outlets, etc., BONUS: parking is free! You will have a great stay at this resort!

This is our go to spot when we are in the Tampa/ Orlando area. Everything was great except, a bit of construction was going on, we had water pipe knocking in room, and our shower didn’t drain correctly. This was the first time we have had these problems and I was quite unusual. We will still continue to book here but hopefully next time will be better.

Weve stay here 6 time and always had no cause to complain, maybe in need of a refurb but still ultra clean

From Check-in to Check-out, the experience was friendly and easy. We did not use any of the amenities. We only needed a nice bed to sleep in we certainly got that. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the basics in the kitchen. It was a 10-minute drive from Disney property and a less than 5-minute drive to a Publix supermarket. This place is ideal if you are doing a week-long stay. The only negative is that there are no elevators and after a long day at the park going up 3 flights of stairs felt like torture. keep that in mind if you have someone with a disability.

My wife and I come to this area about 4 times a year and when we do, we usually stay here. Although it is an older property, it has been kept in good shape. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We will most definitely return.

Fantastic place for our 3 weeks for 4 in a 2 bed place. Had 2 bathrooms and excellent kitchen with dishwasher and own laundry. Great staff and easy location to all Disney and Universal at a fraction of the cost of their properties. Apartment was huge and plenty of space. Only cleaned once a week but this was fine as we are used to doing it ourselves and also felt much less intrusive and could just "feel at home". Thanks Polynesian team!
