Stayable Kissimmee West

The room was relatively comfortable, however it smelled strongly of tobacco, and the door kept fighting back, as well as not acknowledging my room key. Needless to say this hotel made me fight for my stay, but I don't regret staying there, it was a fun and enlightening experience.

This place is bare minimum. The beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The rooms appeared to be clean but upon inspection it was not clean. The floors had not been mopped made your socks super dirty. You can't reach anyone at the front desk. You have to constantly text and then have to wait to get a response. The sheets are rough and cheap and they feel musty. The room felt musty and had a strange smell. They have an ice machine but no ice bucket. No hair dryer or coffee maker. The rooms are supposedly upgraded but they are not really. They painted old walls and filled the holes with a bad putty job. The front door barley closed and was really flimsy. The people that stay there are questionable to say the least. Could not use the pool since it was over run by loud obnoxious guests and since there is no security or person on the front desk the guests run the hotel and make noise all night and there is no one to complain to. Needed to check out and there were several people at the lobby trying to do the same and could not since there was no one at the front desk. Stay away from this place it is gross.

Lobby was only open for 2 hours a day. Did not feel safe, door did not lock. There is a door that connects to the next room. Several parts of the room were damaged when we arrived. Bed bugs, it smelled. We had a pet with us, the website says they are pet friendly, but they are not and we had to pay a $15 fee per day. Super thin walls, as evidenced by us hearing the room next door having some adult time. Having said that, it has a cool Flea market next to it, good food trucks walking distance away, and it’s only 10 minutes (15 with traffic) to Disney. Is also centrally located with essentials (Walmart, restaurants, ect.)

Front desk needs to be better attended. Took me about 20 mins to finally get into my room after my arrival. The texting back and forth took too much time instead of having someone there.

Love it super clean and remodel rooms with full size fridge and air fryer microwaves. Walk from the parking to a massive food truck park with great food. 2 min driving to old town Kissimmee. Will definitely be staying here again

It was nice, the door didn’t lock witch I didn’t like & the room had a stuffy smell. but other than that it was nice

This place looks to have been recently remodeled. It is very nice inside. The beds weren't that comfortable, but for the price I can't complain. The staff was nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrible staff only wants to communicate when it benefits them. Had no working toilet in my room.

The room was dirty, the bathroom ceiling was leaking and pieces of ceiling were falling. I have pictures. There was no phone in the room or a working tv. People loitering outside, smoking ***** with chairs right outside the front of their room. When I went to Front Desk with concerns, they said there was nothing they could do.
