Our vacation at the hotel was in july 23. We were warmly welcomed at the reception. The room was nice and cleaned daily. Sure, if you look very closely you find some minor issues like a loose towel rack but such things are quite normal in my opinion and don't bother me at all. The beach was very clean, not very crowded and with plenty of free sunbeds. It is advisable to wear bathing shoes because the entrance to the sea is pretty rocky but the water is very clear in return for that. Our favourite place was the rooftop pool with its bar. The bartender Panagiotis is an awesome guy, we had a lot of good conversations and drinks up there, always worth a visit when he's there. The restaurant was also with a good variety of food. I highly recommend to enjoy a breakfast-coffee outside and watch the sunrise, i can't put this feeling into words, you have to see it by yourself :) It's also worth mentioning that there is a gym available (elliptical trainier, treadmil, lat-pulldown and row cable tower, dumbell rack up to 10kg and some other stuff). Overall it was such a beautiful stay and we can highly recommend the hotel with it's friendly staff. We had no issues at all during our stay. Regards from Germany, Manuel and Tanja

In our opinion, it is the best hotel in Karpathos. We stayed 5 nights and we had a great time. The hotel is right on the beach with plenty of beach chairs, beautiful pools, including one on the roof top with amazing views, great service, good breakfast with all pleasant employees (special mentions go to Anna and Vasily). Plenty of parking across the street and 15 minutes walk to downtown.i would definitely rate the hotel as 5 star (minus the rooms with mountain view) and we will probably stay there again if we visit beautiful Karpathos again.

Wonderful staff. Beautiful Hotel with great facilities. Beach access, we will definitely be back, and this should be your top choice on karpathos excellent food beautifull sunset very kid friendly and beautiful ocean must get a massage while you here..

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days and wanted to provide some feedback on my experience. Firstly, I was very impressed with the specific aspects you liked, such as the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff especially the front office team, the quality of the food, the swimming pools very clinking and the bars for serving cold drink and snacks, the beach very clean and the restaurant in the hotel have very delicious food it's very nice place to visit. These elements greatly contributed to my enjoyable stay. [Mentione everything it is perfect, such as room amenities, and service speed, Addressing these would enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciate the team's efforts. Thank you for your hospitality, and I look forward to visiting again his hotel.

Huge disappointment—not recommended. While the building was modern, clean, attractive and rooms well-maintained, the hotel was not well run. Restaurant: Breakfast—plentiful but unattractive, tasteless plates of sliced tomatoes, canned mushrooms and fruit. Not worthy of its five star rating. Dinner—we were cautioned by other hotel guests, including the TUI tour director, of the poor for which quality which they charged 25 Euros; dry and cream covered meals. Local eateries in the neighborhood charged half of the hotel's unworthy food cost and wonderful excellent cuisine. “Customer Service”--Hotel charged two Euros per bottle for tin basic bottled water. We solved this by buying this at the mini market across the street for less than half. This basic need should have been free like the toilet paper. Gym—well equipped but in poor and inoperative condition. Sauna functioned well. We asked for the manager and was told he would call ua---he never did. We discussed these things with the receptionist who indicated that the tourist season had not yet began so we should not expect that five star quality (i.e. should not be available yet).

Hotel Konstantinopel is a hotel of the best kind. Unfortunately we only stayed one night there to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We got a Superior Room with a sea view. Great room with a nice balcony with a fantastic sea view and to some of the hotel's many pools. Good bed and nice bathroom. The person at reception was very service minded and welcoming. She was an even bigger contributor to improving the hotel experience. The hotel has several restaurants and a pool, as well as a large and nice beach area with sunbeds and good sunbeds that are great for guests. I would also like to highlight the rooftop terrace on the 5th floor with its own pool and sun loungers / cafe chairs and tables. Own bar here too with top service. (you can get a lovely negroni here 😊) The dinner buffet and breakfast were also very good with varied content. (lots of noise) All in all a fantastic place that we highly recommend.

My expectations for this holiday were high,I can honestly say that this hotel exceeded them all. From the first moment I entered the hotel, all the staff treated me like I was a VIP person with an incredible smile and hospitality, it was an incredible experience. The room(superior) was amazing, very clean, with an incredible view of the sea. The food in the breakfast,lunch and dinner was very tasty and delicious , as well the snacks on the beach and in the main bar. It was the best relaxing vacation of my life, highly recommended. Utterly unsatisfactory, strongly recommend to avoid. Don't let yourselves fooled by the '5-star hotel' rating. No more than 3 by any standards. Paid close to EUR 900 for 7 days, absolutely a loss and not worth it. Everything in this hotel is worn out. Old. Rusty. Cables left hanging. Everything is a hazard, which is not uncommon in Greece. The gym is a joke, with very few options for training, the heaviest dumbell is 10 kg! there have absolutely no racks and so on. The schedule at the gym is also an inconvenience, they open at 9 and close at 19! Exactly when people are at the beach or sightseeing! I did ask them to open earlier and the best they could do was 8 in the morning, totally ******* since breakfast opened at 7.30 and closed at 9. See the pictures attached for what our deluxe sea view room looked like. The worst was the mould on the fan in the bathroom. They advertise on the website a rooftop bar, there is no such thing. About the restaurant, we had half board - breakfast and dinner included. Generally, everything was swimming in oil. Breakfast was below average in terms of variety and quality, everything was cold including the fried eggs and omelettes. Coffee was very bad tasting. For fresh orange juice you had to pay extra EUR 2, for a '5-star hotel'? The food was not labelled. The only time they labelled it was one night when a delegation from TUI came by to inspect the place, probably to assess whether to include this hotel in their future packages. Immediately after they left, the food labelling disappeared and was not to be seen until we departed. Dinner was average, also with a few options to choose from. There were some local/traditional options but extremely limited e.g. Greek salad, grilled vegetables, kataifi, rice milk, cream-filled cones, orange pie (portokalopita). Extremely disappointing for a Greek restaurant. Also there was NO water provided at dinner, you had to purchase a bottle of water which was overpriced. The tap water provided at breakfast was turned off during dinner time. Swimming pools were not heated, the water was very cold, therefore we could not benefit of them. Out of 4 swimming pools, one would expect that at least one was heated or at least lukewarm, at a 5-star level? At reception, we asked for a map of the island and we were told they did not have any and were instructed to purchase one at the hotel's store! One day it was raining and we asked to borrow an umbrella at reception, and again we were told they didn’t have any and again instructed to purchase one! There was a young brunette lady there not wearing a uniform, probably someone from staff, who was very rude when my wife insisted to receive an umbrella, very pushy and arrogant. She did not give her name. Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards that it claims, for the price it charges.

Totally accessible hotel with a luxurious aura and welcoming staff. I enjoyed the beach and the pool roof garden. Rich breakfast with anything that you can think of! I am hoping someday to visit again.
