Location is a bit away from city centre , but still within driving distance within minutes. Besides , there is free laundry (self service) available on sky-pool floor, really convenient for long vacation traveler and the services are great with the prompt response - they change to another fridge within 15 minutes after my reporting that it is not that cold , the use of refillable soap is nature friendly . Besides , the scenery of the sky- pool is great
however, there are still improvement areas to make it user friendly
- more sockets should be provided for two person’s iPhone iPad iPod , note books etc
- more table top for stuff and suitcases which I need to put suitcases on floors
- toilet - persistent hot water supply is required as it is available for few seconds and then turn to only warm water, also not enough counter top inside toilet
- the closet door can not be closed tightly
- more cleaning of sky pool is required as the water is not clear

Felt cheated upon arrival during check in.
Was being told to pay RM25/- for two single beds😳😡
The receptionist, a Chinese girl, very boldly (not tackful) mention that the room category which I book online "don't have 2 single beds" therefore must pay additional rm25/-... She also repeated many times to me... I was not happy with the way she explained at the first conversation.
I am also a hotelier and was very surprised for that promo price and type of bed being request need to pay extra??? There wasn't any remark while booking online to pay additional for 2 single beds.. Therefore, felt cheated upon arrival.. So disappointed!!

交通地點算是比較方便的，衞生程度可以，算是比較新的酒店，環境還算舒適，由於疫情期間也沒什麼服務能提供，就光住着，評價是對得起這個價錢，也沒有更多值得評價的了

The hotel environment is very pleasant and spacious, offering good views. It's also conveniently located for reaching other places. The availability of amenities like a washing machine and dryer made it easy for us to keep clean during our trip. The Dyson hairdryer was excellent. It would have been even better if there were USB or Type-C chargers available. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. Thank you!

The service was good fast check in and check out. Located nearby the city centre. Room was clean and tidy. They have Dyson hair dryer, iron and iron board. But the small fridge was not cold and mirror only got in bathroom.

This place is in the suburbs and close to Pasar Ramadan and neighbourhood dim sum and restaurants. The hotel is clean. Room size is adequate, and I love the toilet retro look. They used Dyson hair dryer, and that was 5 star.
