Nice enough hotel, please be aware that the contact number you are given for help throughout your stay will not be answered out of office hours. Smart tv apps won't work due to some internal internet settings. Oven was dirty and door handle on bathroom hanging off meant couldn't close bathroom door. Not great from what is meant to be a luxury service

Booked a overnight stay here, location was great, short walk to bars, shops ect, apartment was lovely and clean, sheets and towels fresh and clean, everything we needed for our stay was provided, Anna (sorry if I spelt it wrong! ) was on hand to answer our questions, and direct us to where we wanted to go, 4 of us shared a apartment and there was plenty of room, we are planning another weekend here when the weather warms up so we can explore more of Hull. Thank you

Amazing place worth the money car park underneath clean tidy big beds honestly we had the best stay ever can’t wait to book again staff where amazing to messaged back straight away and was so very nice when I spoke on the phone

Disappointed to discover on arrival that both our bedroom windows were shrouded by scaffolding on the exterior. And there were notices in all the public areas advising of building work. And indeed every morning on the dot of 8am loud drilling and banging started. Wrote to complain on our return only to be told that there was notification on the check-in form, which I have to confess we never saw. But the point I made was why only inform customers of scaffolding and building work AFTER they have booked and paid and just prior to check-in; this notice should have appeared on the company website so one was aware BEFORE booking. Did not get satisfactory response, in fact in my opinion the response was rude and aggressive. So unnecessary. In addition the bathroom was very small (toilet butts right up against sink). Towels are small and the coffee supplied sachets of Nescafe! Unusual not to have pod coffee machine these days

Strongly recommend nobody stays here. I stayed here with my partner in May and a few days later was told they are keeping my £100 deposit. They made up that I smoked in the room and took some pictures of old cigarettes outside the window so they could keep the deposit and make extra money for themselves. I have never smoked in my life and never will. Please do not stay here or they will take your money.

Bad: The towels provided were pretty small. Quite a few marks and scuffs around on walls and furniture. Unclear where to collect door card from, went from the car park to the room, back down to 'reception' and back to the room. Quite a few messages back and forth before check in and forms to complete. No information about when you can enter and leave the car park. Had a few problems with the website and entering information and making payments. Was just an added stress when attending for a funeral unfortunately. Would have been nice to have some fresh milk and more coffee. (But then again I do have a 2 month old!) Didn't have access to use the online key card until 3pm unfortunately, so had to get the cards. Coasters would be great, as the coffee table is glass and I was worried about putting down mugs and glasses. The room was lovely and a great size. Lovely little touches made it a comfortable stay. Large mirrors, plenty or storage, dining table and kitchen. Very large and comfortable bed. Blackout curtains were amazing! Lovely to have netflix etc on the TV. Easy to order deliveroo too!

Excellent penthouse apartments . Apartment 19 was superb. Very spacious and everything worked as it should do. From the washer to the cooker. We used everything on our 3 night stay. Communication was excellent from before and during our stay. My mother is wheelchair bound and there's enough room to get around the building and through the back disabled entrance to the property.. My only bit of constructive criticism is to supply a small hoover to each room or at least leave 1 in a secure lock up that customers can grab on request. Doesn't take long for the floor to get dirty especially from small children and wheelchair wheels. Other than that I shall be returning in the near future as I visit hull regularly. Many thanks

We had a studio apartment. The location was fine. Room was clean with good quality linen and towels. There is parking provided but accesses are very tight . There were a lot of pre check-in automated emails to deal with. Bathroom is well equipped but so small there is no room for personal toiletries or a toilet paper holder! We had to tolerate noisy guests up and down the stairs and on our landing pretty much as soon as we checked in and once the pubs had closed. Had to endure next door’s radio at 7am on a Sunday morning.
