Tout a la hauteur de mes attentes propreté comfort bon déjeuner le seul bémol aurais aimé le déjeuner disponible jusqu a 10 heures au lieu de 9 heures en somme je recommande cette établissement et y retournerai

It was clean and comfortable but check out is at 12pm and at 11:50 housekeeping came in without knocking and a few minutes later the front desk called to let me know check out was at 12.

Property had large booking for out-of-town hockey teams. Breakfast area was very congested and noisy in the morning and also in the evenings when it was used as a party/dinner area.
Water for shower/bath was not hot enough

This is a wonderful new property that is very clean and well cared for. The staff were happy and polite and the breakfast was decent.

This is our go to hotel to stay in Kingston, Very comfortable and clean. They have a very good breakfast which was open until 11 am on Christmas morning. However on Boxing Day it was only open until 9 am and we did not know this. There were many who did not realize this as well. They should have mentioned on check-in.
However, it is still a very good hotel to stay in.

The king sizes bed was not comfortable in one side it felt like i was on a hole and the others side i felt like i was falling. Not a good experience

Overall, the hotel was clean, very new and modern. According to the hotel staff we had one of the best rooms in the hotel. Unfortunately, on our first night we had to complain multiple times due to a couple yelling, fighting, stomping feet and screaming in the room next to us from 1:30am until almost 4am, when I mean screaming… it was a straight up fight, the lady was clearly not impressed with her partner. The night staff was so kind but it took multiple calls of concern to have the couple spoken too plus eventually having the police involved.
We didn’t get much sleep and felt like the use of our first night was wasted due to the constant complaining and going down to the front desk to speak to someone.
The hotel is nice and it’s a great place to stay but unfortunately for our first night it wasn’t the best experience environment wise.
