I stayed here for a nice weekend away and the rooms were amazing and clean couldn’t fault the room one bit. The staff were so friendly especially David he checked us in and was pleasure with us and really friendly. Would definitely come and stay here again

I stayed recently, friendly staff, rooms clean and spacious. Highly recommend to anyone going to area,the staff were very accommodating. The rooms were bright and clean. Peaceful and relaxing nights stay, in a great location will definitely book again

Our experience was marred by the lack of air con in the room. Unfortunately my wifes disability prevented us from enjoying the trip and despite the best efforts of staff we has to go home after two nights,both of which my wife spent in an armchair. Staff were wonderful and caring both in the hotel and in the restaurant.Kerry in the restaurant immediately identified our special needs and responded magnificently.

It's a town centre location just next to a busy dual carriageway so don't expect to sit outside for a quiet drink if traffic isn't your thing. But the staff make up for that shortfall. They are very personable and waited the tables very well, and the restaurant is kept spotlessly clean.

Early Check-In feature is wonderful & well worth £10 fee. Staff warm & friendly. Room as expected, bed delightfully comfortable. The outside kerb appeal could do with some attention but internally hotel is clean & as expected. Adjoining restaurant is a tad tired looking, could also do with an upgrade however the staff there are friendly and food, especially breakfast, is good & great value.

Lovely stay at this premier inn. Guy on reception was lovely. Comfy bed at premier inn as always. Cheap stay over. Good discount as i work for the company. The guy in the restaurant was the sweetest too. I cant remember his name on his name tag but he couldnt have been more attentive. I was in there between 3-4. Tall boy so shout out to him!

Receptionist Kelsea was so helpful and very engaging in conversation, she stands out from the crowd. Quick and easy check in Lovely big and spotless room. Breakfast in the restaurant also very good. Can’t wait to get back to stay again See you all soon

Cannot fault the staff at this hotel. From front of desk to bar and restaurant everyone was pleasant and helpful . Breakfast and dinner was very good. Room was clean and warm . Plenty of room. Stayed 3 nights. Took the train into Edinburgh from local station.

Stayed for the weekend recently and what can I say? This hotel never fails to provide service that would put alot of non budget hotels to shame! Check in was quick and friendly as usual with a new face Allan checking us in! David was on hand later in the evening to help us with some bits and pieces and was a great help! Rooms where spotless as usual. I can't sing this hotels praises enough and am always happy to return!
