Location to airport with shuttle service was key. Location to rental car return was excellent and shuttle service from/back to hotel runs every 20 minutes. Restaurant in hotel also a Plus.

โรงแรมมีรถรับส่งสนามบินซึ่งสะดวกมาก บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าฟรี นอกจากนี้ยังมีอาหารตามสั่งซึ่งคิดค่าบริการ ในห้องมีน้ำเปล่าให้ฟรี 2 ขวด หากไม่พอสามารถลงไปชั้นล่างขอได้ที่แผนกต้อนรับ ห้องไม่ใหญ่พอสำหรับการพักค้างคืนที่สนามบิน

The hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!! The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. We had to ask at least three times for our order and the bartender/server was abrupt and rather surly. Everyone else was wonderful.

Hotel is good while you need pay extra parking fee, and internet fee, no in room coffee offered.
