I forgot my cell phone at this Comfort Inn and didn’t realize it until I’d arrived home, 3 hours away. I called, in a panic, and the front desk clerk
began the process of trying to locate it. It wasn’t readily found and through repeated phone calls, each more anxious than the last, I always spoke with the same clerk, Allysa, and She was incredibly calm, compassionate and professional. I was truly impressed with her poise and patience. I felt heard and seen as a V.I.P. guest that needed taking care of. I got my phone back but I also walked away feeling like the whole thing was handled beautifully. So high marks for Allysa on her excellent customer service… which, in my opinion, is the most important aspect of doing business in hospitality or otherwise.
