服務很好，吃的不錯

Exceeded our expectations, accomodation and food excellent! They were able to provide vegetarian options ! Our guide Rondel was amazing we saw everything including elephants, orangutan, crocodiles, proboscis monkey, monkeys, otters, hornbills and many other birds- so good do every river cruise as we saw different animal on each trip - amazing! did the two night three day stay in a delux cabin.

When we first arrived we were disappointed by all the palm oil plantations before the resort. We soon put at ease by the amazing staff and their obvious love for the jungle and the animals in the surrounding area. Our guide Rondel (not sure of the spelling) was fantastic, very safe and passionate about his job, he has significant experience in the area and it showed. We saw far more than we ever expected, don’t miss any of the river cruises, they are all different and all see different animals. The accommodation was more than suitable and made you feel apart of the jungle with the occasional monkey running across your roof and the trumpeting of bull elephants in the middle of the night adding to the experience. Food was very good and plentiful. Don’t go as a tour group, book directly with the resort you will be better looked after.

Lovely timber built huts located in a rain forest. Hut was comfortable but cramped as it had a second king single bed. Roomy shower/bathroom. AC worked a treat! Only missing a small bar fridge. Spacious meals area overlooking the river. The river cruising was fantastic. Exploring the forest via boat searching for different monkey species was fun.

I am very happy with the service. I was lucky to see many elephants, birds, monkeys and other animals. I also recommend to do the night boat ride and the night walking tour. Besides, the staff was very helpful with all my questions and they helped me also when I have left the place. I really appreciate your help!

This accommodation is not fit for purpose. I expected basic based on where it was but I did not expect it to be filthy. The rooms are dingy without even a hook to dry your towel on. Since they don’t service the rooms during your stay you would expect to at least be able to do this. The shower water drips straight through the gaps in the floor. These same gaps then allow all manner of bugs to get in to the room. There is no WiFi in the rooms or any way to contact reception so as was the case during our stay if the aggressive male maquat monkey decides to not let you leave the room, you are trapped. When going for meals, you are required to take your shoes off and that includes if you want to use the toilet facilities, which again were filthy. The food was constantly covered in flies and not particularly nice. Whilst the river cruises were good and the guide’s knowledgeable, one of the boats leaked and constantly sprayed water from the Kinabatangan River which was polluted into your face. The jetty leading to the boats was broken on one side and could easily have toppled guests into the crocodile infested water! This accommodation may be cheap and perfectly acceptable for backpackers and those on a tight budget but it isn’t suitable for people on a Newmarket Holiday tour. We saw much nicer lodges whilst on the river cruises. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

A EVITER A TOUT PRIX !! L'endroit est beau et les chambres sont propres, mais les tours en bateau sont une arnaques. Le deuxième jours nous nous sommes retrouvé sur le bateau des arrivants du jour, nous avons donc refait exactement la même sortie que la veille, tandis que d'autres personnes de notre groupe on eu le droit à une autre sortie. Zéro organisation ! Nous nous sommes plaint mais il s'en foute completement et nous ont même donné un faux rendez-vous pour sois disant discuté d'une éventuelle compensation , mais "le gérant" n'est jamais venu ! Et les serveurs qui ne pouvais sois disant rien faire nous ont même donné une fausse adresse mail ! Inadmissible ! Et ils ont essayé de refaire la même chose le troisième jour malgré nos plaintes , aucun respect. Explications de la faune et de la flore à peine passable , contrairement à junkie jungle où les explications semblait beaucoup plus poussé. Le premier jour le moteur nous a lâché, aucune excuse de leur pars. Les jumelles en suppléments sont inutilisables. Et faite attention à vos chaussures, il y a des vols ! Je deconseille fortement ! Il y a d'autres resort avec tour organisé beaucoup mieux je pense.

Beautiful setting in the midst of the most wild nature I have seen. The staff was so accommodating, they helped me make my partner’s birthday special in the jungle. Our guide Rodel particularly impressed me. He seemed to know everything about each bird or animal we saw. Its habits, foods, conservation status and how often it is seen. And even more he so clearly genuinely cares about the forest and leaving it better than he found it. He gave us an opportunity to buy and plant a couple trees that will provide money to the village and fruit for the animals right there. But have no pressure at all to do so, very professional. On the night walk he was patient and persistent enough to help a see a western tarsier moving tree to tree. My only sadness is he was pulled from our group for a private tour the second day. The other guide was also good, but Rodel is particularly a treat if you can get him.
