Nivadoo Resort Sigiriya

不錯，就是吃飯不太方便，在酒店吃可以

有點舊，廁所很多螞蟻走來走去

We checked in late on 19th May 2024 around 9.30 , the beds had no nets when asked to put in they said they are coming to put in the nets but never turned on since post 11 the entire staff goes home. The worst part is the entire staff leaves the resort around 11. Apart from one security guy there is no staff in the entire resort. Goosebumps thinking if there is an emergency no one is there to help or care for the guest. The secuirty guard called a lady who was handling the front office when we checked in. When we complained to her she had a lame excuse that the net was damaged. Is it the guest problem that the nets were damaged. She then disconnected and never called back or even picked the phone later. We dialled her multiple times but she dint picked. It's so scaring that if it was an emergency what did we do in a remote location not knowing anything and no help. Cant even get a bottle of water post 11 p.m. The Internet in the room doesn't work but no one to complain. The TV only had few channels. Food has limited options. Plz guys never try this resort its such pathetic service. Most reviews are hyped and we came in based on the reviews. It's a small property in a remote side with just one good swimming pool and nothing else to talk about.

We had an amazing stay at Nivadoo. The staff are all so kind and helpful. The bed is huge and so comfy! The pod accommodation are unique and kind of feels like glamping! Pool is huge great to do lengths and cool down from the heat. The food was tasty and there was a lot of choice in the menu. A lovely quiet location surrounded by nature and wildlife. Would 100% recommend staying here 😊

NIVADOO Resort Sigiriya is a hotel located near the historic Sigiriya Rock. While the staff was friendly and the pod/tent concept is great, there were some maintenance and cleanliness issues that affected our opinion. The room and restaurant had maintenance and cleanliness problems, which was disappointing. The breakfast buffet was below average (selection, quality, hygiene presentation), but the staff was attentive and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. Overall, our experience at NIVADOO Resort Sigiriya was mixed.

We had a wonderful time at this place. Foods also very delicious. Superb & friendly staff service and the a**osphere also very clean and calm. We really enjoy the days at your place. So i highly recommended this place to everyone.

It was the perfect place for our stay in Sigiriya! We spent 2 nights here and it was fantastic that the Nivadoo resort had its own pool due to the hot weather. The service was excellent, the staff very nice and helpful. The Nivadoo resort has beautiful rooms and private bathrooms. The meals and drinks are delicious. Free and secured parking is available.

This hotel is close to the main attraction - Sigiriya rocks and next to the road, which is very convenient. But at the same time in a quiet place with a view of the mountains. The lobby and restaurant are very stylishly decorated. Upon check-in, we were treated to a refreshing papaya juice and cool hand towels, which came in handy after a long drive. Check-in was very fast and comfortable. The territory of the hotel is very green and well-groomed. There is a large pool with different depths and even an outdoor jacuzzi )) During our stay, the water in the pool was very warm and it was nice to swim. There are sun loungers and beach towels. It is very fortunate that you can choose a place to relax in the shade of trees or in the sun to sunbathe. All Nivadoo rooms are located in detached cottages. Thus, the guests do not interfere with each other at all. We had a triple room, very cozy and stylishly decorated. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator with mini-bar, TV, kettle and dishes to make tea or coffee, bottled water. Cleaning service and change of towels are offered daily. Very pleased with the availability of hot water in shower. The room was very clean and pleasant to be in. There is also a terrace with a table and chairs where you can relax during the day. Food is a different story. You can choose accommodation with breakfast or half board. Breakfasts and dinners are amazingly delicious. For breakfast they serve scrambled eggs, bacon or sausages, toast, butter, jam, fresh fruit, pancake, but the baked pineapple with chocolate topping was especially impressive, it was divine)) For dinner there is a choice of several dishes. We tried shrimp and fish in sweet sauce and grilled chicken, all very tasty. For dinner, soup-puree and a dessert of your choice are also served. We were very pleased with our stay and would love to come again.

this is our second stay in Sri Lanka，but it must be our best hotel experience in Sri Lanka. they have welcoming staffs ，super clean rooms，excellent service，tasty food……dont miss this lovely place 这是我们来斯里兰卡的第二站，非常有特色的酒店，丛林中的帐篷小屋，早上起来能看到孔雀飞到门口，服务人员都很友好，没想到的是居然食物也很美味，过来玩的朋友一定不要错过哦
