Excellent for visiting Killarney and surrounding area. 20 minute brisk walk into town. On main road which was noisy from the balcony rooms so bear in mind if you want more peace go around the back. A relaxed and friendly hotel.

Un hôtel immense, impersonnel, sans âme, Point positif, personnel agréable, petit déjeuner et dîner plutôt bon. Nous n’avons pas testé la piscine mais elle est grande et doit être agréable.

Went to see the fabulous Cash Returns show for the 2nd time, and this hotel is perfect for such an occasion. Top class venue and service, will definitely be back in the future

Great Gleneagle Hotel & Apartments is blessed with gorgeous views of Killarney, and has many amenities such as swimming pool. However, as they are large hotel with apartments and Convention Centre, this is a crowded and popular hotel with many tour groups and guests, so do go for your buffet breakfast early please. The room is large although a tad dated. The large bed, comforter and pillows are very comfortable. They dish out the hot dishes for you, but you help yourself to the cold dishes and pastries, fruit cups and yogurt cups. There is an hourly shuttle bus, to and fro town. Or you can walk around 20 minutes instead. Helen

Pillows were not very comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly. Room was very spacious.
