We haven't stayed here for a long time, probably since our 2 boys were very small. We always thought it was expensive. When you look it up you would probably say the same but when you arrive you see that the money you pay has been put back into all the hotels' amenities. Staff,pool,bar, and breakfast all excellent we didn't have dinner in the hotel we had booked other places with family to eat before arriving. It felt and looked like Christmas time there. The whole place was decorated lovely and ands to the whole stay the park at the back our 2 boys loved we had to walk it every morning after breakfast. We will be back for sure and would recommend it to everyone. Keep up the great work 5/5

Aisling was very professional carrying out a back, shoulders, head massage and facial. She gave some excellent tips. Thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. Looking forward to going back again. Overall, great experience in the spa, 10/10, would highly recommend.

A Great service with great food and friendly helpful staff. Rooms spacious and a comfortable bed. Very close to amenities and shopping. Plenty to do in the area and city if so inclined. I didn’t get a chance to try the leisure centre but it’s on my to do list when I stay there again.

Newpark hotel made the bride,groom, our families and friends feel so welcome throughout our whole experience. From our first meeting with Siobhan, to continuing our journey with Sinead, and our last interaction with Aga, you guys always went above and beyond to make our day extra special. The advice we received in relation to different hurdles we crossed was extremely professional telling the calibre of experienced staff at the wonderful Newpark Hotel. Communication was consistent every step of the way. We also celebrated our traditional Nigerian ceremony on the same day and the staff went above and beyond the night before to ensure perfection. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you all so so much for the best customer service which in return presented us with the most incredible day. A brilliant hotel for couples or families. Lovely decor, great selection of food for breakfast, food at the restaurant is lovely. Very family friendly with a baby room with microwave, sterilisers etc and an indoor play area for young kids and one for older kids and the best outdoor play area for kids with a fairy trail, dinosaur Park, farm animals and an amazing outdoor inflatable play area that is under a roof so shielded from the rain! I've been there 4 or 5 times now and looking forward to going back!

Outstanding! We visited the Newpark to go to the Jurassic NewPark dinosaur experience. The hotel is amazing and caters very well to families. Staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. Rooms are very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend the hotel if staying with a young family.

Newpark hotel is a Fantastic place for families with young children breakfast and dinner was high quality I would recommend to friends and family staff were brilliant and helpful and the hotel was spotless. my kids loved it here, a really good experience

We stayed at the Newpark Hotel for the weekend with family celebrating a retirement. The swimming pool and spa facilities were excellent. The pool was a fantastic temperature, perfect for young children. We ate in Scott's Brasserie on both evenings. The food was very good and the service was excellent. I did find it strange considering how much money we spent on the weekend with taking up 4 rooms in the hotel and having family packages to include a dinner that the children's meals weren't included. It definitely took away from what otherwise was a fantastic weekend. When you consider what you pay for the room and the supplement for the children to stay for the night that it would be a nice touch for the children's dinners to also be included as they are in other family hotels.
