ห้องพักตกแต่งอย่างดีด้วยเครื่องปรับอากาศ น้ำพุร้อนในห้องน้ำ ผ้าเช็ดตัวใหม่ ผ้าปูที่นอนสะอาดบนเตียง ทีวี ฯลฯ แต่ห้องค่อนข้างแคบ ร้านอาหารที่อยู่ติดกับโรงแรมดีมาก ที่จอดรถด้านหน้าเพียงพอช่วยเพิ่มมูลค่า ฉันเคยไปที่นั่นระหว่างการเดินทางระหว่างการเดินทางแสวงบุญใน UP สำหรับการพักค้างคืนถือว่าดีมาก

We had a bad experience in hotel castillo. I became sick at castillo hotel, but they didn't care for me, that too at my cost. I vehemently condemn the service and behaviour of the staff. We are extremely dissatisfied of the service of the staff towards a customer who fell sick at your hotel castillo varanasi. We netted out indifferent attitude of the staff. It's in-humanitarian attitude of the staff at hotel castillo, varanasi.

A below average hotel. Rooms are not in good condition. Ac was not working correctly and even after complaint it couldn't be corrected. The dining hall was really unhygienic and the complimentary breakfast served was really really bad. I would neither opt for this hotel again in future nor recommend anybody.

Came here from Ayodhya Chitrakoot visit. Excellent service rendered by front desk. Very prominent location. Wonderful room with all 3 star features. Although restaurant capacity is for about 20, we had excellent service for breakfast & 2 Dinners. After checkout, we could comfortably keep our luggage till late evening in time for our train to Delhi. 2 lifts are there. A little confusing. Room 301 was excellent. Strongly recommend to all Prayagraj visitors.

Location : very close to railway station. Located in a neat and clean posh and quite area. Food: hotel needs to improve their breakfast spread. They can avoid making poha and up-ma because their chef has no idea how to make it. They should rather serve local allahabad dishes. Their kitchen closed at 11 pm with last order at 10:30 pm. On 29th night, we struggled connecting with room service / reception at 10 pm. Communication lines (intercom) were not working. No response on mobile as no one was there at reception. Finally managed to go down in my night suit at 10:20 pm, caught hold of a random staff who was kind enough to provide us 2 glasses of hot milk. Some of the stuff in breakfast was very good- aaloo parathas, poori bhaji etc. Amenities: wifi was not working throughout our stay. Intercom lines went down every now and then. Untrained staff for housekeeping - multiple requests had to be made for basic requirements in the room services: courteous staff / helpful to quite an extent. The hotel did not have a single lady staff for a better appreciation of the requirements of female guests. Ample parking inside the compound as well as outside the hotel. Special mention : mr. Z aid was extremely helpful. A very soft spoken and courteous staff, who was a student pursuing his studies as well as working in hotel.

Staff was cooperative, cleanliness was quite good, food quality was also delicious, check in - check out was fast. Over all it's a pleasant stay.
