What a wonderful hotel. Everyone that works there was so pleasant and accommodating. The room was lovely, second floor overlooking the pool. Everything was spotlessly clean and well looked after. The pool is very small but has lounge chairs and poolside service. I think happy hour lasted 3 hours! With only 35 rooms there was room for all. The small rooftop bar with live music is fun. Breakfast overlooking the pool in the morning, was perfect. Location is walking distance to most the main sites. We went on glass bottom boat sunset trip and ‘train’ tour to see as much as possible in a short time. Thank you.

Angela is amazing. Happy hour is when to go. we were in KW for the month and went to the Saint 13 of our 31 days for happy hour. The MAc and Cheese with Lobster is delicious, drinks are amazing. the experience is unforgettable. Also go to the Haol upsttairs for entertainment.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the numerous shortcomings observed during my recent stay at your boutique hotel. Firstly, the condition of the bed was appalling. Despite being advertised as a luxurious memory foam mattress, it was nothing short of a disgrace. The sagging and lack of support made for an utterly uncomfortable sleeping experience, unworthy of any reputable establishment. Equally disheartening was the state of the pool. To call it a pool would be generous; it resembled more of a neglected, stagnant pond. The absence of water, coupled with sharp edges and peeling paint, posed a serious safety hazard to guests. The feeble excuse of it being an "act of God" is insulting and fails to absolve your responsibility for basic maintenance and upkeep. Furthermore, the exorbitant prices charged for such subpar accommodations are nothing short of a blatant rip-off. I find it outrageous that your hotel has the audacity to demand premium rates while delivering a woefully inadequate guest experience. In light of these egregious shortcomings, I have no intention of ever returning to your establishment. It is my sincere hope that you take this scathing critique seriously and undertake immediate measures to rectify the myriad issues plaguing your hotel. Failure to do so will undoubtedly result in further reputational damage and a continued loss of clientele.

I've been looking forward to this for a while. Long time locals went down to have a better than our island local experience. Claire was our waitress. Flawless experience. It was a perfect brunch for us all. Our group had many moving parts and interests. Checked all of our boxes. It was a great day for all of us

The worst hotel we have ever stayed at… We spent over 400,000 Bonvoy points for a room (#220) 1) that you could not open the door without hitting the bed. 2) the bed was that of a child bed 3) the room had a distinctive odor 4) the windows would not open 5) the shower and bath were 2 feet from the bed 6) We came for Super Bowl and they would not allow dmsound for the game 7) the front desk staff was extremely rude and condescending We then checked into the W South Beach and it was completely the opposite…great service , great rooms and incredible attitude that of them appreciating us being there. This hotel should NEVER EVER be associated with Bonvoy as it does not live up to Bonvoy’s standard…not even close. We have been Ambassador members for many years and are extremely loyal but this was bad… Spyro Kemble

Had a severe noise issues, TV that did not work, charges to our room we did not make and no responses to our phone calls, emails, Better Business Bureau complaint or credit card company dispute. We spent 300,000 Marriott points and paid $1,266 cash for room upgrades, requesting a quit room at the time of reservation. We had multiple problems that were not solved that took away from our enjoyment of Key West. Had an ear piercing noise that could be heard in our room. The noise happened many times including three nights after 11 PM. It seems flushing the toilets or running the sinks in the restrooms near the lobby triggers the sound, our room shared a wall with the restroom. We reported it to the front desk many times. We also had problems with our TV, we asked the front desk several times on January 24 the day we checked in, they did not know how to fix, she sent the bell hop to our room, he could not get it to work. We usually enjoy relaxing and watching TV in the evening, the apps that were available required subscriptions. Finally, on the last night we were there another bell hop was able to scan for channels so we could watch the NFL playoff game after we missed the complete first half. Being the closest room to the outside bar and restaurant seating area also created a lot of noise, especially late at night. On Saturday night there was a wedding next door and people were drinking and being loud late into the night.

Outstanding experience all around! Came here with a good friend for a winter getaway to escape the snow. Abe, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and enjoy every moment of the stay. The Saint is in an excellent location and the pool is centrally located in the center of the hotel. Comfortable beds and beautifully designed rooms. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Key West.

First time in Key West and definitely not the last! I'll be staying at The Saint Hotel for all my future trips to Key West. Such a great place for a relaxing getaway. Tip: Though it may be hard to leave the pool area...Definitely make sure to hit the rooftop for some live music and drinks! Highlight of our stay. Additionally, rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and the staff was incredible! Definitely recommend.

Our stay at The Saint was excellent. We have stayed here before and will stay here again. I enjoyed their Niven Morgan Lavender and Mint shampoo and body wash on previous visits and bought some and use at home. Though the bottle dispensers in the shower were the same Niven Morgan Lavender and Mint, the product inside was a different scent/color and seemed very thin. The lotion and conditioner was the same. The bellman/valet at check in was very friendly and remembered me from a previous stay. The poolside rooms are very comfortable, the dehumidifier in the room is a plus at this time of year in Key West. This hotel's location is great. They do have a poolside waiter, but he is not very attentive to the entire pool area, he came out several times before I was able to actually get his attention. He would go to one side of the pool and ignore everyone else (not just me, others were trying to get his attention too. I only experienced it once, but others said the same thing happened the day before as well) This was the only negative thing I could say about my visit.
