This was the worst experience I have ever had when booking on-line and trusting the pictures on the web-site. When we arrived we noticed the horrible quality of the place right away. There were people working on bikes and cars in the parking lot, there was a broken exterior window in one of the rooms, there was a window screen on the floor right outside my room, it was dimly lit, and the grass looked dead...like i said before..nothing like the pictures on the Web-site. When we entered the room it had a stale cigarette smell, there was ONE fork, the furniture looked out-dated and worn out, the toilet paper roll was used (you would expect at the very least a new roll of Toilet Paper in the bathroom), and the kitchen looked outdated with barely any plates, glasses, and pots for more than one person. As soon as I saw what I had payed for (sometimes it really is too good to be true), I called Priceline and asked them to return my money. They told me I had to open up a case and submit it to their customer service. At the end of the call I told them I was NOT going to stay there with my teenage daughter and elderly father. I didn't feel safe in this dump (which is being nice), so I left and found another hotel in the Kent, Wa downtown area. Fast forward a few months...after going back and forth with Priceline my request for a refund was denied. I immediately called my Credit card company and disputed the charges. Finally, on 12/28/2021 I received confirmation that the charges would be reversed on my credit card. It took 6 months to get the money back, but I was not going to throw my money away. Wyndham should be ashamed to put their name on this place. I will no longer trust booking a room with any of the Wyndham properties. In the end it was my Chase credit card that saved me. IF you run into a similar situation call your Credit Card Company and dispute the charges.
