Room was clean and the whole building and interiors seemed updated and well maintained. We had an event to attend and needed to get ready. We were willing to use the lobby bathroom but the receptionist was kind enough to check us in early and that was very kind of her. We appreciated the hospitality. Would stay here again.

Horrible! Trina Tidell needs to be fired she told me I could not be checked in because I had questions about my reward points in 2019 and I checked out 30 min late last time I rented even though I called prior to check out to advise housekeeping. Very unprofessional and rude. I had to replan my entire trip and try to find a new hotel last minute putting me in a complete bind. Management didn't seem to care.

We got in late but wanted a place with a hot shower and comfortable bed to get a few hours of sleep before we flew home. The lady at the desk was friendly and professional and the room was perfect. The only thing was that it was really late and night and the area seemed a bit sketchy.

Love the location being next to a golf course. Peaceful and beautiful.
Entire hotel is clean.
Amenities are really nice and fancy.
Breakfast is incredible. Real sausages, omelette, Chobani yogurt, Tillamook cheese, auto pancake maker. It's really one of the best continental breakfasts we've had. One of the best Best Westerns we have been in. Awesome job!

Would’ve given five stars across everything except for we had a really noisy heater kick on in our room that woke me up several times throughout the night. Just needs serviced
