This is a really super hotel. Staff are amazing and extremely helpful and hard working. The hotel is very clean and the housekeeping staff are cleaning all the time. Plenty of sun beds around and in the pool and on the deck at the beach. Food was excellent especially the food trucks!

Amazing stay! Hotel is lovely and we didn’t have to go out to do anything as the hotel has eveything!!! Love the food court and various options spoilt for choice! . Love the pool and slides. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. My toddler loved it! The kids club was so good and handy for my toddler to have a play in. My child and nieces got really comfortable with Amina & Tutku as they were so Friendly and nice to the kids. Definitely recommend this hotel. We will be coming back next year!

Great Hotel, magnificent views of the sea and the mountains, warm hospitality, good service overall, delicious food and quality beverages. Thanks to Oguzhan (entertainment team leader)for arranging us opportunity to watch football match on big screen at the pub and arranging the table tennis and dart tournaments. Thank you chef Ibrahim from the restaurant for all good snacks at the food trucks. The food trucks were our favorite during the day! Thank you Mahsun for the cocktails at the bar, you are the best barmen! I suggest the DJ to add some Turkish music to his playlists. He almost played none at all although we requested from him many times. I would like to thank to Metin Yücel for everything, especially for the sincere hosting. And as a regular visitor of the club, congrats to Mr Alp for the minor but effective and essential changes at the club at his first year at the Hotel.

My husband and I had a fabulous time, everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. The service was first class. The rooms were very comfortable ad the cleaning staff came in every day and did a first class job. The food was excellent with such a large variety and the staff were very efficient at getting drinks, clearing the tables and keeping everywhere nice and tidy. Pool was lovely and there was never a problem acquiring sunbeds as there was plenty. The entertainment was good too, either in the lobby or the outside theatre. The holiday was great with nothing too much trouble for the staff who were always cheerful. We would go again definitely.

2nd time to stay in this fantastic hotel and it was even better than the 1st a lot of new facilities added that only enhanced our stay. Having been before we knew what to expect and we were not disappointed, from the warm welcome and checkin to the plush of the room, the staff are all very attentive and helpful nothing is too much trouble i must say that they seem to be the happiest staff i have ever seen in a hotel, whoever picks and trained them is really on the ball,the food selection is amazing especially the food trucks, bar service brilliant the bar waiting staff on the skates were entertaining and very efficient as were the behind the bar staff. Thanks to the management team for the Birthday Cake,Fruit, Champagne and the nice touch of the card thankyou Doubletree for a great time

Excellent greeting on arrival by the receptionists Cigse and Afsin who immediately provided us with a comfortable seat, a snack, a drink with a complete, but concise rundown of all hotel facilities. This was the perfect welcome which we all appreciated after a five hour flight . Our room and indeed every area of the hotel complex was extremely clean and we noted a constant effort by cleaning staff to maintain this high standard. The restaurant had a tremendous selection of food for all tastes which was continually being replaced as needed. There was ample seating both inside and outside and very impressive dining staff who provided drinks as needed. Although apprehensive of the outside food trucks which are used to serve lunch I was really impressed, as once again we found an excellent selection of freshly prepared foods with the same attentive dining staff providing drinks to the table. The entertainment was fine and varied to suit different tastes and we certainly enjoyed the atmosphere this provided whist we had enjoyed evening drinks at the reception. This was our first visit to Turkey and we would have no hesitation in booking the same hotel again. The highlight of this holiday apart from the obvious (sun and scenery) has to be the amazing food and friendly welcoming staff. No complaints at all about this hotel and special thanks to the receptionist Cigse as she spoke to us a few times during our stay just to confirm all was going well. She was an excellent example of what customer relations should be . Thanks

All staff are 5* so kind and friendly. We thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for all your help with our daughter during such a stressful time(daughter ended up in hospital due to allergies). The hotel is so clean and pristine. The food has been 50/50 would of loved to see more British options for an international brand but overall very good( if you have a bacon loving partner like mine there is a local restaurant near by that does a full English, heard it was superb from other guests.I understand due to religion it is not served in turkey) The only con, we found was the entertainment. The constant disco music like “techno” is not for us( all noise barely any words until 2am every night almost). Would like to listen to proper full songs. The Micheal Jackson show, was outstanding, best entertainment of the stay. We are sad to miss the Madonna show tonight. But the staff make this hotel, Housekeeping do a superb job of the rooms, the little towel decorations are incredible and the little notes are all very much noticed. Thank you once again for everything. Take care
