Friendly, and helpful staff.The location is very good. The Real Canadian Superstore is very close by, and a Costco is right behind Superstore.. Orchard Park Mall is across the street. The rooms were very clean. The beds, well I slept like a baby on them all night. Absolutely love the beds. The showerhead in.the room we were in was very modern and I loved it. The breakfast was pretty good. You can toast your bread/waffle fancy toaster you would see in Tim Hortons or A&W.Tgey have hard boiled eggs, cereal, muffins, granola bars, yogurt, tea, coffee, apple juice, orange juice and cranberry juice. Also they have a pool and hot tub very close to the reception desk to check in or out. Only a few parking spots in front, a few on the side and the rest of the parking is located in the back. If you park on the side of White Spot parking you will get towed or ticketed.The is a cement dividers and if it snows you may not see them as they are small. Please be aware and be careful. It was a good experience

Great locat

Retro in terms of design (bright yellow bath and toilet were super cool), well maintained, and very clean. Pool area is lovely, quiet, and both pool and hot tub were great temperatures.

Didn't like moldy, peeling ceiling in bathroom, didn't like the old style tub with curved up sides that is so easy to slip and fall. Didn't like the wobbly bed and mattress. The staff were good and helpful except the breakfast person. The place was only adequate for a couple of nights at a relatively low price.

An old hotel that needs upgrading. The woman at reception was friendly and didn't hesitate to put us in a better room when we found our room to be on the traffic side and very noisy. Actually upgraded us to a suite which was much better.
