recently stayed for 5 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the promising amenities advertised, including breakfast and daily cleaning services, these were consistently lacking throughout my stay.
Firstly, the breakfast provided did not meet even the basic standards expected of a hotel of this caliber. Options were limited and the quality was poor. It was disappointing to start each day without a fulfilling meal to kickstart my day of activities.
Furthermore, the lack of cleaning services was a significant issue. Not once during my stay did any cleaning staff come to attend to my room. This meant that bins were not emptied, towels were not replaced, and the general cleanliness of the room deteriorated over time.
It's concerning that despite raising these concerns with the hotel staff, there was little effort made to rectify the situation. As a paying guest, I expect a certain level of service and cleanliness, both of which were sorely lacking during my stay.
Overall, my experience fell well below expectations. I hope that the management takes these issues seriously and implements improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for future guests.
