I had a large corner room and it was clean and comfortable. They did have a restaurant and bar, but they had a shortage of employees while I was there. The bar was not open.

Hotel is nice and modern, front desk is friendly.
However, given I had arrived on the 5:30 am flight from Brazil, I was forced to pay 60$ penalty for early check in, but got no rebate for early check out.
Not returning to this hotel given such practices.

Top shelf mid-level hotel. I mean they have real plates and silverware for breakfast! I hate breakfast buffets but this is just a really good one - fresh fruit (really fresh cut), biscuits, gravy - breakfast taco fixings and a full coffee bar! Room great, too. Definitely will stay here my next trip to Katy

Room was so noisy from the air system I could not sleep. And the phone did not work. Staff was not responsive or helpful

This hotel was so nice to stay at. The staff, in particular, Stacy, made staying here feel like coming home. Rooms were nice, everything was clean.

Construction. Room full of fumes of paint and dust everywhere. Unsafe for health. Ammenities poor.

Check-in was quick and painless; just how I like it to be! We had a great room on a high floor and away from the elevators- another plus. Room seemed to be very clean. Hotel is in a great area close to so many good restaurants and shopping. Breakfast the next morning was good with a lot of options.

Location is great, front desk not to friendly
forgot my husband jacket in room closet, called when I noticed, front desk guy David told me that he can't find anything and that the room haven't been cleaned, asked me to call the following morning, we'll see.
David guy very rude, practically scream at me telling me that he couldn't find anything and that I need to call back.
