Very comfortable stay and room also very nice ,food alson tasty we like restaurant staff service especially Mr parmjit Singh from restaurant,lovely and great first impression of hotel . everything about the hotel was excellent.we hope to be back for a visit in the future.

The hotel was very good with good staff and food. They even provide you shuttle till the Darshan. However, we had huge disappointment visiting the Vaishnodevi temple after learning that we visited the replica created by insensitive shrine board. This is the worst thing anyone could do to a devotee and the Hotel should warn all the visitors to do the darshan from main temple located in between. Otherwise they wont be able to recover from the betrayal of Shrine board soon like us.

The food service at the Restaurant is BEST. Particularly Mr paramjeet singh and colleagues in the restaurant service and hospitality in the reception and room service is also com***dable and polite in service I am more happy in stay at hotel Mata gave good Grace VIJAY BANGALORE

The place is amazing. Good service perfect weather smooth checkin checkout. Would love to get a travel map front desk helped alot. We all loved the place worth Recommending friends. Will be back soon

We had a nice and comfortable stay in sarovar ,when ever we used go in any place to visit we used to live in sarovar only all staff are helpful ispasly I want to mention ms Jyoti name because she is polit and ready to help us Evey time . Thankyou so much 🥰

Happy to stay in the sarover katar . We recommend highly and we would like to visit again' again in portico . And mostly want to say that room view was amazing to the vaishnodevi. And sarvice was great at the restaurant by Mr paramjeet singh he is nice parson

We visited sarover portico. And we found good staff who are very helpfully. And food was very testy And we really injoyed at the hotel. And especially we recommended great service to Mr Paramjeet singh an he is very polte to talk whit us thanks for the sarover for well treat us
