Hotel staff are very good, cooperative and helpful. Mainly those attendant to us are Ashwani Rahul Karun Sahil and others. The driver who dropped us at local market and at climbing point is very cordial. But front approach to hotel needs more improvement.

I Was Here On 19th May With My Wife For One Night Stay During Vaishnofevi Mata Ji Darshan Trip. My Overall Stay Was Very Good, Very Clean Rooms And Good Staff With Big Smile, Special Thanks To Mr Mukesh Sharma Ji To Provide Me All Required Infor।ations, Also Arranged A Departure For Us To Heliped. The restaurant at the hotel is awesome very good service at the cirtus cafe and housekeeping Mr saket Anjana Hamid Sanjay is faster service very nice and has given full asstance during our stay and very beautiful view of rooms or mountain view in hotel lemon tree Katra they me in great way

Room , Food , Staff is really good .. beds were so comfy .. cleanliness is up to the mark .. staff is cooperative.. Hotel is nearby railway station .. Sahil Sharma , Kushal , Rahul , Rakesh were excellent staff here .. I would highly recommend this hotel if you plan on staying in Katra for your lovely vacations ..
