We have stayed here both the times we went to Vaishno Devi in the last few years. The hotel has clean rooms. The location is very nice. There are a lot of eateries nearby. The washrooms were not upto the mark though.

Not worth the price paid for. Rooms in urgent need of maintenance. We stayed in room 408 after moving from different room on same floor due to damp wall issue surprisingly room 408 was kind of same with damaged wall on the entrance, muddy water in balcony dripping from roof and bathroom ceiling looked horrible with multiple boards used to fix it. Overall not worth for 5k per night (paid 8.5k through MMT and 1500 directly at reception for uprgrade in so called better room...lolz. Being a hotelier myself I will certainly not recommend this to anyone. I hope ***agement will spend some money on maintenance of rooms. Staff was good and helpful.

Service is pathetic- Staff is untrained. Even on multiple request they did not give hot water. Average rooms but spacious . Poorly maintained furniture and fixtures - had to change room twice. Food and cutlery is below average .

Visited from 14th to 18th March,2022. Rooms are specious. Location is also accessible from main attraction. Service was also good. Mr. Jeevan Sharma is always ready to help with smiling face other staff is also cooperative. Nice experience.

I had Booked through Agoda, supposed to get Mountain view room but they didn't give even after requesting them they didn't bother. Sloppy house keeping also. Very High headed staff also. Therefore I Will not stay & recommend this Hotel again.
