The drinks at this hotel are simply awful, as a family who drink very little alcohol, it’s important that the quality of the soft drinks are better quality than what is offered at this hotel, the lemonade tastes like Jeyes fluid, and the Coke is nasty. The restaurant quickly got nicknamed as the school ‘canteen’, as it is so loud, not enough tables, causing extensive queues in the evening for dinner. The food is good quality with plenty of variety and cooking stations. Upon arriving our party was charged €10 per night for a five star hotel, this hotel is NOT 5 star. We had to pay to play tennis, and when visiting the beach, we were charged €10 euros for sun-beds, with no facilities available for guests at the beach, such as toilets or refreshments. The animation team is fantastic, they work so hard and they are always enthusiastic and entertaining. With a few tweaks, this hotel could be great, but as things are, we will sadly not return.

I don't know where to start, This place is amazing, We arrived on Monday and unfortunately our room was at the bottom of the hill, this was totally unacceptable as my wife has restricted movement and uses a walking stick. On Tuesday morning they moved us into a room near to all of the facilities and this has made our holiday perfect. Now onto the Resort.... How anyone can complain about anything is beyond me perhaps their expectations are too high. The choice of food is superb at all meal times and all day long. The staff cannot be more helpful, nothing is too much trouble everyone without exception does everything they can to make everything perfect. I don't know what more you can want. This place is excellent. Thank you everyone.

The perfect place if you are travelling with children. More than enough activities to keep the whole family entertained. Several swimming pools you can use, including one with glides. The food was great, both in the main restaurant as well as the food from the kiosks. Staff is very friendly.

I wouldn't say this is 5 star but it's not bad like some people have said. There are pool towels for free, you have to give them back at the end or charged (very fair) clean bath towels every day, even if you hang them up. Bottled water and fizzy drinks every other day in your fridge (like supermarket own brand so perfectly fine). The restaurant food is lovely, fresh cooked meat and fish and loads of fresh bread and salads. My 3 year old loves the selection. There's always pasta, chicken nuggets and chips for the fussy ones. A la carte is Japanese/Chinese and bookable once a week, kids menu available but my daughter ate the main food. Only issue is it's not very clear about allergy foods so we didnt have cereal as there was no oat milk (to be fair though we didnt ask as plenty of other choices). Reception are very helpful so would probably know (adult only bar is just passed reception) Beach is 5min walk with great building sand. Small supermarkets near the beach and one just beyond reception (passed the car hire place where the family who own it are lovely and speak fluent English). Entertainment staff are happy from 10am-11pm and full of energy! Water is cold in all the pools, bar 1 heated one, but it's to be expected at the beginning of the season, it's not stopping anyone from swimming though or throwing themselves down the slides, just a bit of a shock 🤣

Just got home from another lovely holiday here, this hotel is amazing for family’s. The area has some beautiful places to visit aswel. Can’t thank the staff enough they are all so welcoming friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for anyone. Everyone that works here is amazing but this years animation team are the best, a very big thank you to all of them, Matto, Paulina, Mickey and Aurelia these four work so well together and have been one of the highlights of our holiday, from the kids club to the day time activity’s and the evening shows did not disappoint never laughed so much they did an amazing job and the hotel should treasure them 😊. Food and drinks are very good, a different style every night was never a day/night that we had problems, day time street food is to die for 😍. However the onsite al a carte Resturant is a must for everyone!!!! My only gripe this year was that the sports bar near the entrance wasn’t open which would have been nice as we spent a lot of time in there the year before when it got a little too busy in the main bar but overall we had a great holiday and can not wait to come back. A massive thank you to everyone there for making our holiday an amazing experience 😊😊

The Spa massage treatment I had with Emma was one of the best massages I have ever had. She took her time to work all my body and some knots. I would definitely recommend treating yourself to a full body massage

Our first time to Crete, and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived it was just amazing. The hotel was spotless, rooms lovely staff so friends and work so hard. The food wow absolutely amazing we loved the snacky foods at the pool bar gyros was our favourite just amazing, kids loved the pizza burgers and hotdogs. Breakfast & lunch always something for everyone. Beach 5 minutes walk away from hotel, we visited the aquarium which is about 25 minutes walk. Water park was amazing kids loved it unlimited drinks food & ice cream was so good. Only 20 minutes away from the airport. If your planning on going go you will have a great time we travelled with a 6 & 1 year old.
