Soaltee Kathmandu was excellent in every way. The breakfast spread was the best 👌. Made for a very good experience. BUT The ****** at Soaltee was a big let down. Didn't expect a hotel of such high repute to have a ****** with cheap ambience with poor & discourteous service plus(it was like a dance bar). People need to really think twice before visiting the Soaltee ******!!!!

We went to the Indian restaurant and the food and service was outstanding , a special shout out to Ashmit and Janak was very friendly and helpful for us. The food we got was an excellent, butter chicken and Naan, we loved the experience and would highly recommend taking some time out and going to eat there.

Came back to try a different food choice at Kakori restaurant. Special mentions Ashmit, Manoj and Janat as usual went beyond expectations. Both of them care so much for their guests and I believe someday soon become managers in their respective Hotel/Restaurants. I wish them all the very best for their future. They are very hard working and genuine. I REQUEST THE MANAGER READING THIS TO APPRECIATE THEM WITH PROMOTION OR A SALARY HIKE. My stay was from 13th Mar to 14th Mar, 2024

Amazing property and service quality. I would love to stay there again during my travel to Kathmandu. Music in the evening adds to the pleasure..The staff is very pleasing and ready to help. I would like to specially thank Manager Krishna Sapkota for making my stay such a wonderful experience.

I had gone to the Soaltee Hotel for family wedding the venue is perfectly set with a sun facing room and exquisite banquet. The hotel knows its hospitality standards we well. The hotel is rated amongst the best 5 star rating and the array of restaurants which can be found is incredible. If you feel like rejuvenating there is a spa and fitness center and a pool. Such an amazing time you all will have and the staff are really friendly.

Very pleasant stay, lovely service and helpful staff. Excellent restaurants with a very good selection of food. Highly recommend the spa. Also the bar with the exceptional service, high praises to Sashika and the rest of the staff. Thanks for a great experience.

Kakori restaurant: had a wonderful dining experience, exquisite Indian dishes and wonderful costumer service from Ashmit, Hari, Janak and chef Mahesh who allowed us to witness how lassi is made. What stands out is the genuine hospitality offered by the staff.

All of the staff at Soaltee were extremely accommodating, kind, warm-hearted and went above and beyond to help us. Our flight got canceled leaving Kathmandu, our airline took care of getting rooms for the whole flight. The staff handled the influx of many many (tired & upset) customers, all with a smile on their face. The buffet breakfast was delicious & we also enjoyed the buffet supper...equally delicious! I needed some help shipping a parcel home, Bijay was very quick to look after getting it shipped, after business hours. Sabina was helpful during the length of our stay. If you're visiting Kathmandu, please visit this jem of a hotel in a busy city...you won't regret it!!!
