酒店環境不錯，沙灘很白，但是這種價位實在太高了。先説服務，房間要加床，催了兩次，等了幾個小時才來；要拿轉換插頭，直到退房也沒影；最後一天退房，準時打電話來，真是一分鐘都不讓你耽擱.再説設施，標準間的床是會移動的，於是每天樓上樓下都有滋滋的聲音，隔音非常差，幾千一晚的房費，洗浴用品竟然和七天的差不多，吹風機也是固定在牆上，按到手抽筋，別墅呢，所有的插座都是歐式的，一定要自己帶轉換插座，別墅裏的泳池衹能算個洗腳池，因為衹有六十公分深。

There was a guy name Allen that helped us and he was soooo professional!! He helped make our stay enjoyable.. This is by far one of the best resorts i've ever stayed in.. I'm not a buffet food eater however the buffet food was amazingly good.. Thank you

We had an amazing stay here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We got our room upgraded and it was beautiful. We were also celebrating a birthday while there, and the staff went above and beyond. The beach the gorgeous. Food was amazing everywhere. I would recommend the property to everyone!

Wunderschöne Gartenanlage an einem traumhaften Sandstrand. Leider war unsere Suite albgegammelt, schmutzig und vieles kaputt (Vorhang, Moskitonetz, Dusche usw.) Viele Insekten, Würmer usw. die wir täglich entfernen mussten.

Wenn man sucht findet man immer etwas zu beanstanden.
Unsere Klospülung funktionierte nur bedingt.
Nach der „Reparaur“ ging es noch schlechter..
Die Halterung vom Duschkopf war gebrochen und provisorisch repariert.
Keine Snacks in der Minibar.
Das Hotel ist voll zu empfehlen.
Das essen jeden Tag sehr gut.

This hotel visit has truly exceeded our expectations. The property is impressive, especially with its beautiful beach, and the service is unparalleled. The variety of restaurants is diverse, and the atmosphere at the resort creates a harmonious setting that allows for genuine enjoyment and relaxation.
