The hotel was awesome with great service Rooms were also clean and we'll maintained with direct view of the lake Only thing that can be improved was water pressure on third floor bathrooms Otherwise highly recommended if in Saputara

Best hotel in saputara is akar lord and best ***ager is Mr. Pratap Rathod in saputara. He will give complete information and ***age all things for travelling. I am giving 5 star for pratap rathod and akar resort for giving best holidays and best stay. I am visited my 7th trip and all stay are ***ager by mr. Pratap rathod , mr shankar and general ***ager mr rahul and akar hotel.

Good hotel and excellent stay lake views room and night time good views in room location food was good and house keeping staff was cleane very operative food was good amazing. It's a great property with stunning views from all the level best views of akar lords inn saputra infinity. Food was delicious and pure veg food near by lake views also good amenities in the hotel neat and clean area also parking facilities and front desk. Front office ***ager Pratap Rathod and karti friendly everything was good excellent hotels.professional staff

1. I booked (so called) elite room for better experience (which was priced ar ₹10000 per night) but room condition was not even up to the standard of basic. Pls see the pictures below. 2. It was totally not worth the price. It was old, dirty, and sad. I booked Taj in the same rate and hospitality and service was beyond comparable. 3. Hotel denied check in initially despite all available documents and booking details and I had to wait and make calls to get myself checked in. 4. Parking was quite away and outside hotel campus and there was no valet available. Total inconvenience. Also, at parking security asked unnecessary changes. 5. When reached in the room it was pathetic in condition, pls see the pictures. Also, there was periodic disturbing sound from room phone (as if short quick ring) which was very annoying and disturbing. 6. Asked if they have better room and after taking 20 mins they showed a suit which is equivalent just an additional room with sofa, which was of no use to me. Moreover, it wasn’t an upgrade offered but upgrade at addition cost of ₹4000. 7. I checked out immediately and had to drive 2.5 hours at night with family and had to check in 80km away in another hotel

I have been travelling my entire life and all my accomodation has been in 5 star properties but unfortunately due to unavailability in radisson saputara I had to book lords saputara and the behaviour of Front office staff Shankar dalvi surprised me. The hotel is using rfid card locks for room doors and by chance the room card key was deactivated so i approached the front office to reactivate the card but the above named guy stated " aap log ko card use karna nahi aata" is this a way to speak? And then he carried on the argument with me. He did not even have a sense of how to talk to a female guest. Readers who so ever reading this please do not choose this property as your holiday destination as there are ***y others to provide service in a better ***ner.

In Saputara, this is perhaps the best as it offers an excellent view of Saputara lake from its third floor rooms. It reasonably clean and neat hotel. It is not too far and not too close to hustle and bustle. Staff is good. Food is average. Could be better. Overall, it’s a good place to stay.
