Very neat, people are friendly and accommodative.. They take finer requirements of their client.. They not only ask us for the checkin time but also ask every time that if food needs to be reserved when I check in beyond 9PM.. Even small things matter a lot for an every day traveller. I wish them all the success

Hi, we Apollo Hospitals, Karur had booked PDR for official meet of Doctors with A LA Cart Lunch. As the name "The Residency", it was a residence feel in terms of yummy food with huge varities in an enchanting approach - where they served us royally at every step in an elite ambience & hospitality. It's an experience to go there repeatedly.. 5 star service in this Karur locality is appreciated. Hats off to Mr Baskar S and Baskar P for the dedicated service and care.. Mr Nandhakumar house keeping was so nice and keeps room neat and clean. Assists as per request. Hotel nice place and welcoming good …The pavilion restaurant breakfast nice… I long staying here happy feeling was good….everyday normal water Replaced…Tq so much

I have stayed at the Residency Karur a number of times recently on business - on every occasion I have been very happy with my stay. The menu offers a good variety of both local and international options, all of which I have enjoyed. The thing that stands out for me is the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, who are always on-hand to help. Amongst other things, I made a special request for an additional sports channel to be added so I could keep up with games I was missing back home and they were only too happy to oblige, with a quick turnaround at no extra charge. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area for either business or pleasure.

This was my favorite hotel in India and made my trip better. They cleaned the room every day. Nandhakumar was very kind, and the cleaning was careful. There were no bugs because of excellent pest control. The bed was soft, and I slept well. Even when it was 37 degrees outside, the air conditioning worked perfectly. The WiFi was good enough to watch videos without stopping. There's a restaurant on the first floor with Indian, Western, and Thai food. It was nice to have other food options. You can also eat the same meals through room service. Overall, this hotel made my stay comfortable and helped me rest and get my energy back.

Execellent Air conditioner .Room was neat and clean . Room booking was very easy and get the confirmation through sms .Reception Hospitality was good .Have to change bathrroom fittings ( bit old), Still it was neat and clean .Nice place to stay.
