A great hotel near to city center and castle pf karlsruhe. Many restaurants are also nearby. The rooms are clean and good, although a bit small.

We booked a room for 2 adults + 1 kid, and on day of arrival were told they have no cot nor side beds and we will have to sleep 3 persons in 1 bed! Crazy, their Bed is a miniature with 1.2m wide, rooms are tiny, floor not clean. It is not a hotel at all, 0 service, no reception after 18h Bed comfort was a disaster and I woke up with back ache, what else to add ? 86 euros for such a place is a disgrace, our son had to sleep on the floor. Thank you hotel 133 for your guesthouse experience. We shall never come back.

This is one of the noisiest hotels I have been at, the tram is continuously passing by and making a really loud noise, imposible to fall asleep. Moreover the bed in the premium room is quite narrow (around 1.40m), so not the most comfortable bed... if you want a relaxing peacefull night, this is not a good place

This hotel is very nice and I stayed 12 nights during a 2 weeks Conference for work. BUT the lift is located BETWEEN the stairs on every floor so you always have to carry your bag at least one stairs and if you are disabled you cannot reach your room. I think this should be stated in the presentation of the hotel. If the staff could offer to help you with your bag on arrival and departure I would give a happy face to the service.
The room was very fine, and good dark curtains and good AC, since it was hot weather. But no full scale mirror and the mirror that was there, was placed so it was hard to use. Very good with a refrigirator in the room. Friendly but absent staff (as it is in these kind of hotels). The restaurant is not part of the hotel and there is only ordered breakfast, by the table, offered for purchase. No breakfast buffé. Otherwise I really liked this hotel and it is very close to the inner city as well as a few stops from the main train station.

This place and the service were all class. The boutique nature of the premises and the experience means that it was unforgettable for all the right reasons. The premises were high quality in all areas, and the staff were highly professional, courteous, and helpful.

We liked the location and the price. The hotel is very centrally located and is in easy walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. Public transportation is nearby.
Staff is very helpful. Rooms are clean, beds are good but the rooms are a little bit on the small side. Noise from the street was not a problem. For parking you can use two nearby parking garages.

Ontvangst, receptie en restaurant zien er keurig uit! Prijs van de kamer was ook prima. Maar de kamer was vies. Haren op bed en sanitair niet goed schoongemaakt. We kregen een nieuwe kamer aangeboden, maar die had hetzelfde probleem. De volgende kamer ook, maar die hebben we maar geaccepteerd omdat het al laat was. De reden voor alsnog drie sterren is voor de dame die ons hielp en het ook super vervelend vond. Hele vriendelijke en gast gerichte dame! Alleen het hotel moet de basis van een hotel wel geregeld hebben!
