The Rooms & Amenities at this establishment are superb, offering a great location and an amazing property. The food quality is excellent, although there is a need for more manpower to enhance the speed of service. The restaurant, with a seating capacity of up to 70 pax, could benefit from additional space to accommodate guests more efficiently. The cuisine, skillfully prepared by Head Chef Manoj, caters perfectly to both kids and adults. The staff is exceptionally cooperative, attentive, and happy to assist, but an increase in personnel would ensure even better service. A special commendation to the General Manager for demonstrating exceptional leadership skills in handling various situations effectively.

I have booked a 1bhk luxury villa which cost around 8k and check-in time was 2pm but we got the key or room @4pm as they said it is under cleaning process and villa was not maintained at all as there were fungus all around the walls I have the video also and everybody at reception got keys after 3:30 because those rooms were under cleaning process. Food was not good as they added water in dal when it was about to finish but many guests were yet to have dinner . Then noodles were not cooked properly in buffet. Archery and outdoor sports were closed at day time as they were also not maintained. I have all videos if anybody wants the reception fight with guest for late check-in time then rooms with fungus and then sports area how it is maintained Very important thing villas and reception area are too far away so you have to travel through vehicle so if you have your vehicle then good otherwise you have to wait approx 30 minutes for their campus vehicle for moving here and there Our villa and reception distance was approx 1-1.5km and dinner , breakfast and lunch you have near receptionists desk They have not provided soap, toothpaste in room And didn't provide towel at swimming pool. All towels was under washing. Summary : please don't prefer this as our experience was too bad .

This resort is a scam. I booked online studio and they gave me such a bad room that no one can live there. The walls had stains and leakage and bad smell and what not. It was so pathetic. I asked them to change the room, they said they won’t change it . Then I insisted no one live in this room and they told me to wait in reception area. After waiting for 1 hour still they did not give me the room. Please don’t go here and waste your time , it is the worst resort ever. I am sharing the photos and you can see how bad it was.

No quality of rooms and food is maintained in the hotel. Today I checked in ,where was no water served, later, landline in the room was not in a working condition. Subsequently,, air conditioner in all rooms ,lobby, as well as recreational centres works with a minimum cooling at 16 degrees ***** with fan. ***** with fan and A/c ,the max. Temperature of the room is 28 degrees. In addition to the above, when we entered the restaurant, no Staff is there to attend you on top of that when I ordered paneer chilli, the waiter said he will get the sauces , I finished the main course somehow,the sauces were not served,on top of that, we found insects in water jug and Gujarati Kadhi served to us. They have just created the space, there is no maintained of the lobby, as well as due to shortage of Staff, there is hardly anyone to attend to you in time

Resort is very good...and staff is very helfful. Special thanks to amar bhoir bhai for good service😀 even the food, plat station is good.....all thanks to dj bhai for good songs........room service, amneiry and the resort is excellent in karjat.

The service was very good Happy with the service provided by the whole staff Our villa was very well maintained The food was very good and very hygienic and very tasty and specially the whole resort is veg The receptionist was very helpful and his name is Ranjeet

We took students group to this place with over 160+ people. Staff is welcoming as well as service oriented. Ms. Paramita and Mr. Amar Bhoir whom I coordinated for this whole trip helped us a lot. Rooms are spacious with over 4kids in one rooms and food also tasted very well.

This is one of the best escape from city which is nearest to mumbai ! Nature, Place, Property, Rooms, Food everything is Awesome. I booked a villa which had private pool, This was one of the best property I have been to. Ms Paramita Mukherjee did all my bookings and made sure I am having comfortable stay ! Thanks to whole team for such a wonderful stay ! Special thanks to Paramita and Dipesh Pandey for this.

Food is best, Veg only. Rooms are not very clean and Hygiene They have just 2 internal cart/ cars to move people in the estate. Should have more. The place is big, lot of walking to go from pool to rooms to reception etc.. Kids and elders might struggle DJ and Music is very good There is only swimming pool with no slides or any other games Very less other options on the resort for games etc.. Turf is there but not maintained.. Overall it's worth visit once, not bad types..
