Need improvement with network connectivity. Room service is good Room Hygiene is good ***** with very good washrooms.. Food quality is upto mark ***** with good cafeteria and other services. Very good room staff and also restaurant team.

#ExcellentBuffet #ExcellentViewsFromRoom #ExcellentHospitality #ValueForMoney I have been staying in this hotel since 2018 and can truly claim that they have maintained each and every square inch of the property top notch. From Mr, Dhariwal, Mr.Sanjay, Mr.Rakesh go out of their way and professional commi**ents just to keep the guest happy and comfortable. This property has been on my top always(Jalandhar, Kapurthala and Amritsar ) when it comes to a relaxed or a professional stay. Their food is cherry on top of the stay (cake is the whole experience). Cheers! Do give it a try by staying here to anyone reading.

Great location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future Specialy thanks Mr Harsh ji

It was such a amazing stay and I really like the services of ur staff and the all the depar**ent. Food is so delicious.In kapurthala Ramada is best hotel for stay specially thanks Mr Suryavanshi and team Great location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay. Excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and modern. Great breakfast as well. Everything was perfect. The staff was helpful, the accomodations were beautiful and the breakfast was superb. It couldn't have been better. I have gone for the dinner on 30 March with my family the food quality was very good service was also very good staff behavior was also very nice staff speaks very nice with there customer they also pool area one of the best hotel in kapurthala with nice location

The Le Zafarano restaurant has absolutely wonderful ambience. Rakesh ji and team are excellent hosts. The menu has so ***y options to choose from depending on your mood and appetite.... Ramada Kapurthala is our go to place for any celebration. All the best....
