Euro-Hotel

The hotel is outdated but for the price it is clean and well maintained and overall great value. Polite and friendly staff. Breakfast was reasonable too. Europa Park is less than a 10 minute drive. I would stay again.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at Euro Hotel, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment lacked the most basic level of hospitality. Firstly, it's worth noting that nobody in the entire hotel seemed to speak English. As a foreign traveler, this posed a significant challenge when it came to communication. It is quite astonishing that in this day and age, a hotel would not have staff members who are capable of conversing in a language as widely spoken as English. My dissatisfaction only increased during breakfast when I encountered an extremely rude waitress. Instead of providing me with any assistance or offering a pleasant dining experience, she actually demanded that I clean my own table. Such an unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior is simply unacceptable in the service industry. Furthermore, upon my arrival at 10 p.m., there was nobody present at the reception desk to assist me with the check-in process. I was left stranded, with no choice but to make my way to a nearby gas station to retrieve the key. To make matters worse, the employees at the gas station were rather impolite and seemed annoyed that I couldn't speak German fluently. Es gab keine schilder die man außen an die Tür machen konnte, zb bitte nicht stören Sowie das in die zimmer gegangen ist hauskeeping.. Obwohl nicht drum gebeten wurde Ankunft bzw check in, war repzeption sehr net gewesen 👍😊

Personnel très accueillant Hôtel propre et bien organisé Le seul bémol l’hôtel était trop chauffé sinon vraiment top 👍

Dommage que 3/4 d’heure avant la fin du petit déjeuner il n’y ait plus de viennoiseries. Le lit une place dans une chambre 3 adulte est un lit d’appoint adapté pour un enfant jusqu’à 12 ans.

Prima accommodatie voor doorreis. Makkelijk, net van de snelweg af. Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamers.

Un Hôtel assez vieux. Très mal insonorisées. On entendait discuter les personnes de la chambre d'à côté.... Malgré ça il est très bien situé et il faut payer le parking ! Quelques euros a donné. Un peux difficile avec la barrière de la langue !
