Location and the seaview room very good vibes. Room and the room service and the support staff good behaviour and helpful. Only the bar and food price too much of expensive.

Room, food, amenities are good. Very close to beach and vivekananda rock memorial. Sea view and sunrise view place in hotel. Bathroom was not so good and needs improvement.

Not happy with the service. Made 8 complaints to reception, their facilities but it was not handled. Tv, phone and fan was not working and they had checked us in without even checking and fixing those issue. In 2 days they did not fix it

We checked in to room and the rooms were not clean not hot water in the evening to take bath. No basic amenities in the room like kettle etc, we have paid 7k for the one room and they say no breakfast included though we didn’t had an option to add breakfast and bathroom is very dirty. It’s not an international hotel don’t get cheated by looking pics and it’s just waste of money and except room you get nothing here. Don’t book rooms here

I have never seen such worst maintained hotel charging as 5 star but very poor service in food delivery, if you ask for cold coffee they will serve with cold coffee, ugle toilet, not proper water in the toilet, mattress was bad, bad smell coming from bed sheets, no proper t. V. I am using make my trip for very long time. If they have tied up with this kind of useless hotel, i will be forced not to use make my trip. Because i paid three times more than their normal charge because of holidays. If it is worth, no issues. But we are very upset about make my trip

Good location. Good property. You can see the sunrise from the hotel itself from rooftop. Very poor maintenance. No cleanliness. Very poor service. Stinking washrooms. Poorly fit accessories. Dis oriented staff.
