兩個單獨的房間，一間是雙床，另一間是一個大床，一家四口住的很寬敞

整體效果還好，標準經濟型酒店的樣子

條件衞生都一般，前台接待很好，可以免費停車

PROS: nice towels, good shower /pressure, Dove product line for bathroom is wonderful, comfy mattress, nice soft cozy bedding, window that opens. The room is wonderfully spacious. CONS: Bathroom: walls are dirty and steam-streaked, haven't been wiped down in a long time. Sink cabinet: support is water damaged and needs replacement. Toilet seat needs to be replaced (will try to attach photo). Toilet bowl not well cleaned (photo). The cleaner either doesn't care or improper training /equipment. Entry: walls need cleaning here as well. Mirror is cloudy, hasn't seen windex in quite some time. Bedroom: wardrobe, right door, hinge loose, screws need tightening. Same door starting to split. There's also green tape on the hanger rod. Window frame, top, paint peeling, needs repair. Freezer in fridge needs to be defrosted. And ... baseboard along the wall beside the bed missing. And breakfast wasn't good either. Eggs, sausage and hash browns old and inedible. There was just too much wrong with this stay. My questions: 1) why was this room rented? It's February and dead slow. It obviously needs some TLC. 2) is there no quality control? No one checking rooms unless complaints received? Seems inefficiencent and unbusiness-like. I didn't have the time to take this up with the concierge. Staff was efficient and very competent. I appreciate that they allowed us to check in an hour early. In the end, would I recommend this hotel? I'd have to say no.

This hotel was very well kept, smelled clean, friendly staff, and a nice warm room to walk into! 10/10 would stay here again :)

Our room was nice and had a comfortable king size bed. Very reasonable price for a decent hotel. The one issue we had was someone left the mini fridge open before we got there and the freezer was totally iced up and there was water in the fridge. We mentioned that to the front desk so hopefully dealt with before the next people check in.

I love that they have such clean rooms. While I wish one could walk down steps to the pool I still love the hotel

Was quiet friendly hotel. Has hot tub and swimming pool which I love . Also continental breakfast was superb with lots of hot food and other foods such as fruit and pastries. Will book here again!
