Vet clean and warm and well situated off the highway. The front desk service was exceptional and the simple breakfast tasty. A good value place to stay.......and there is a good sports bar up the road

The jet tub was broken and they woke me up at 7am to see if they could come and fix it. Also refused a refund

Clean, quiet and comfortable.
Bed was wonderful.
No carpet, lots of heat and hot water. Bonus kitchenette in room.
Hotel Breakfast started at 6:30am.
Wonderful place, great location for travellers. Lovely staff

The Tavel Lodge in Kamloops on the hill, was nice and clean in the room I stayed in. It was convenient to walk to the meetings that I had to attend, and the morning breakfast included with the stay was convenient as well. I would definitely stay at the Kamloops Travel Lodge again.

Better parking- need to separate work trucks and other vehicles.
Would have appreciated the heater turned on in the room before I arrived.

Every time someone else had a shower in adjoining rooms, it sounded like they were in my shower. There were so many industrial vehicles parked on the street in front of the hotel that when they started up at 5:00 a.m., beeping backing up, etc. it was hard to get back to sleep.

Some of the lights in my room were flickering, and the hair dryer looked like a fire hazard. However, the room came with a fridge and microwave which was convenient.

Don’t like room door opening to public for security reasons.
Tv instructions must be for a different tv. Some of buttons on instruction sheet were not on the remote. Eventually got live tv, but not sure how!
Bath tub plug did not work. Pop up type.
Breakfast was disappointing.
Stay was ok for price. Probably would pay more and go somewhere else.
