This was our second trip to Rhodes and first time to stay in a hotel in a busy tourist resort area between Faliraki and Kallithéa. Our main criteria for choosing this hotel over other places were: -A brand new hotel opened in 2023 -Small hotel - only 45 rooms -Adults-only -Already collected a good number of positive reviews, especially mentioning helpful hotel manager Julia and friendly staff. All our expectations about this hotel matched with what we saw. Breakfast was good. There was a good choice of dishes from the a’la carte menu and also a small selection of some extra items on the buffet. But to be honest, everything we needed we always ordered from the waiters, including items we were missing from the menu and buffet table, like mortadella, fresh avocado, soft anthotiro cheese, pie with cheese (tyropita), fullfat Greek yogurt and something else. Coffees, juices, waters were available in a full assor**ent. The whole restaurant team was exceptionally nice and friendly. Starting from Isabella, the restaurant manager, who was very welcoming and smiling all the time, Maria who was very nice, kind and helpful with our orders, Michalis, “what’s your room number gentleman”, who nicely helped me to coordinate the birthday cake surprise to our breakfast table, and all the other persons were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Next the beach area and beach bar. We booked a front row cabana (or gazebo) for the first 2 days (@60 eur per day) and were really happy about it. The following days we spent time at the sun lounges that were free for the hotel guests. Quality of the sun beds was good, and service was always amazingly friendly thanks to Christos “the master of sunbeds at the beach”. The beach bar is made in the same style: all new and well functioning. Spiros, “the beach bar master and foody” always made us feel very welcome. Thanks to him I learned some new of a meat grilling techniques, typical to this part of Greece and Crete. Beers, drinks and food was amazing, especially Greek village salad and tzatziki with toasted pita bread! The room cleaning was great and the cleaning lady (didn’t get her name unfortunately) was always very friendly and polite. And last but not least: I cannot praise enough the professionalism of the hotel manager Julia. With her great help we tailored my wife’s birthday arrangements at the hotel. She seems to be the highly efficient and respected leader of the whole hotel team and gives a personal example of how a true Greek hospitality should be. Together with my wife we want to thank all the team for making our holiday totally relaxing and comfortable. I’m sure from what I saw around us the other guests felt the same way.
