Everything was perfect, it was a pleasure to be there and the hotel is designed perfectly and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The guest services was happy to help us with all our wishes and they sid it on the best side! There is plenty od thong to do in the hotel for both younger and older guests and the all inclusive package is very worthy

Fantastic location over the sea and incredible attention to details. I would like to thank the beautiful staff and manager that made everything possible to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms were clean, the views were stunning, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend!.

Unique experience at Helea! we enjoyed our time here very much and the feeling of quality holiday its all over and felt since the moment you are greeted. During our recent stay at the Helea, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of service and the beauty of the place. The staff was impeccable, always friendly, attentive and eager to meet our every need with a smile. From the warm welcome to the hassle-free check-in and check-out, every interaction was handled with professionalism and care.

hotel room was unreal, great sized beds, tv was really nice and the balcony was also a great feature which we made the most of, the bathroom was lovely and the cleaners always kept on top of everything. Room service always made sure our fridge was stocked up. Restaurants at the hotel were lovely and the food was always great. super friendly staff everywhere.

Overall had an amazing time! Mia in the buffet restaurant was fantastic and if she seated us she always made sure to clear our table and set it. However she was the only person who ensured this every time. A main issue we had was that the buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner seemed to be very low on staff. They would take a while to seat us at a table and when they did it was l not prepared and clean for us. It would then take at least 10 minutes for them to come and clear it and set it up for us. It would then take a further 10 minutes to have someone take our drink orders and receive them. This was an issue we experienced consistently throughout the holiday which was frustrating. Another issue we had was that our room was in the building furthest away from reception even though we booked well in advance and paid extra for a sea view. It was actually closer to the other hotel than our own. This was frustrating sometimes as it would take a long walk to get to reception, the buffet for meal times and the beach/pool. When we first visited the pool, we thought it looked amazing, the asthetic is beautiful but once you get up close to the water it was very dirty, even at 9am when nobody was really in it. We found it very disappointing as we love the pool more than the beach, but in the end we found that we spent our whole time at the beach instead due to this. A final issue was that upon checking out, we were told that we had incurred a charge of €22 on drinks at a bar in the other hotel(a bar which we had never visited as we were all inclusive) After talking to the reception they eventually said it was a mistake however it left us skeptical as to how it got on there. However on to the positives, the food all around was pretty good. The buffet was average and we found things to eat every day. The best places to eat however were the lunchtime spots. The street food bars were fantastic. The gyros had us returning there everyday and the burger bar was excellent too. The servers here were also understaffed but tried their best. The private beach was excellent and we found it easy to find sun-beds in the morning. Entertainment was your usual but we enjoyed it. The water sport options were great on the beach, reasonably priced too! Lastly, we had dinner in the Italian restaurant which was absolutely beautiful. The dishes were fantastic! Overall a great trip

Lovely resort in Kallithea. This is the first summer for the Hotel and the whole resort was fully booked. Room: We stayed in a Helea Suite with Private Sauna. Lovely Hermes toiletries but was not retfilled. Branded Nespresso coffee, water some drinks refilled daily. Its a five star stay. Restaurants: Its our seventh visit in Rhodes, we have stayed in Sheraton,Sunprime, The Ixian Grand before and have too say that the food here is another great level. Hard to explain but everything is authentic, made from the ground. Very high end a la carte restaurants. We hade restaurant Masi ( Italian) and Tsouka ( the greek one). The staff are great and calmed in the a la carte, we felt sorry for the staff at Main restaurant because they where very busy. Overall five star resort dining experience. Service: Good to know that the big beds at beach are not any more allowed to Helea Guests only for Elissa ( adults only part of the Hotel) we where three adults and Would not enjoy the family part because a lot of screaming children but its a family hotell so what can you expect. The Hotel was totaly fully booked and the could not even fix a late check out for my hurted mom ( she got her hand hurted by the sunbed). I understand that its a request but if a child is sick or someone is hurted i Belive they have to fix something. Its their first year so they have to step it up if they want too have a five star quality resort. Overall its a five star experince.

Amazing hotel everything is new and is stylishly decorated. Check-in was seamless and everything was explained in detail so that we had a general idea of what was going on in the hotel. We really enjoyed the buffet and the alla carte restaurants and even though this is an all-inclusive the drinks at the bars were top notch!! Wonderful job by the animation team the shows were amazing and they even have theaters where you can watch movies on a daily basis ! Special thanks to John at the reception for assisting us with all our issues during our stay. Definitely recommend!!

We had such high expectations of this holiday, it was for my husbands 40th Birthday, the first time our boys have been on an aeroplane and our first all inclusive holiday. Helea did not disappoint, it was all and more than we expected. Stunning location and really well kept and clean. Our room was perfect, looking out over the pool and sea. Clean and comfy with everything we needed. We always got a sunbed and enjoyed everything Helea had to offer which is a lot. The splash park was a real hit with our boys. The food was fantastic, huge amount of options and always catered for allergies with ease. Each time we ate we were greeted with a huge smile from Tressea, she was so friendly and helpful. All the restaurant team were friendly and working so very hard. We ate two nights in the al a cart restaurant and after telling them just in conversation it was my husbands 40th next thing we were greeted with a cake and the waiters singing Happy Birthday to my Husband, so sweet and thoughtful thank you Giannis from Matis restaurant! We did have to wait a while for drinks but we are pretty laid back and didn’t bother us too much until the last night where we didn’t get a drink at all! Overall we had an incredible time and are really thankful to all the staff who made our stay so special and one we will cherish forever. Thank you.
