Everything was perfect, it was a pleasure to be there and the hotel is designed perfectly and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The guest services was happy to help us with all our wishes and they sid it on the best side! There is plenty od thong to do in the hotel for both younger and older guests and the all inclusive package is very worthy

The hotel is very nice. Definatley a 5 star hotel, very clean and modern. Rooms are lovely, little bit small but you don't spend any time in them anyway so doesn't matter. We had a swim up shared pool which was freezing but still nice. Me and my fiance are very foodie people so we didn't rate the food much in the buffet restaurant and it was pretty much the same every breakfast lunch and dinner. But the 3 ala carte restaurants have good food which broke up our week nicely. Wasn't busy at all in May so perfect time to go, no need to reserve sunbeds. Lots of choice in bars and food for lunch with the street food hub and beach bar. If your after a relaxing holiday all inclusive but not fussed about food and potentially eating the same thing most the time then this is the place.

I was looking for a hotel that catered well to both adults and children, and Helea was perfect! Aesthetically beautiful with a light and warm feel. The facilities were lovely and a wide selection to choose from at meal times. The staff were so kind and helpful, (literally all of them), but a special mention to Mia, Teressa, Mary, Fotis and Eleni! Thank you for your wonderful service. I would 100% recommend staying at Helea, and would definitely visit again!

The stay was a pretty nice experience What I love Delicious and a nice variety food Good service Nice drinks in all inclusive package Best aesthetic design of all resort Nice location (near Rodos town) I truly recommend for families and also for adults without kids (it has the second part only for adults called elissa and it is next to helea)

We really enjoyed the hotel, food was good and rooms were stunning. Lots of entertainment in the day and night for the kids and ourselves. The main bar inside the building was great and the staff were brilliant, we had been looked after very well by Gianms with superb service every day and very friendly to talk to, nothing was to much! We spoke to the team bar manager Loukas, bar tenders Hara, Thodoris, Akis and waitresses Kiriaki, Maria all great people and good service. Great friendly / welcoming hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rhodes.

Need more signs especially In lifts and to let you no directions to reception etc. as all Look same Need an explanation official answer on floaties in pool as one day say yes another day says no and shop should not sell them if you cannot use in pool as sea is to deep to use them

What can I say! This is the most amazing resort! I’ve already recommended this resort to all of my friends & family. The service, food and cocktails were amazing. I didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back. The views from the resort at great! Location is perfect as well, very close to Rhodes town. Only con: All pools are very cold in May.

What an amazing holiday!!! From the hotel to the staff!! The staff are amazing - from the cleaners upto management. Entertainment is fantastic for children & adults Pools kept very clean, I highly recommend booking Mexican restaurant (all get booked up very quickly), the food was outstanding. Myself, my partner and daughter (age 12) had a wonderful time and hope to come back in summer with extended family. Enjoy ☀️

We had an amazing dinner at Laerma! Menu was very original and outstanding, very fresh and delicious! The best meal we had in Helea Resort. It’s on top comparing to other a’la carte restaurants there. Service was also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
