1. 我們住的房間空調不工作，第一天服務員很敷衍，給我們拿了個電風扇；第二天晚上找了很久，酒店經理説才上來看，回覆我們空調不是有風嗎，而且之前有客户投訴空調聲音過大，所以風調小了；試問：18度的空調，就算風調小了，兩個人18平米的房間空間，會熱的直冒汗？？？ 2. 針對這個問題，酒店經理在房間在房間指手畫腳，聲音吵架一樣，是覺得我們是外國人，所以説德語也無所謂是嗎？ 3. 我們要換酒店，反饋無法退款，試問哪家酒店空調壞了能牛成這樣覺得不是酒店自身的問題？那這個房間怕是老早就不會對外開放了。 體驗感非常差

Sehr gutes und sauberes Hotel. Lage direkt an der Autobahn. Frühstück ist sehr gut, es fehlt jedoch das Rührei und Bacon. Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Kosmetikartikel stehen auf dem Zimmer bereit. Wenn etwas weiteres benötigt wird, gibt es diese vom Zimmerservice

Gutes business hotel sehr gut an der Autobahn gelegen. Aber auch nah genug um alle wichtige. Lokalitäten in kaiserautrn schnell und bequem zu erreichen. 5 Euro pro Nacht kostet das parken auf dem hotel eignen Parkplatz direkt vor dem hotel. Leider keinerlei lade Infrastruktur für Elektro Fahrzeuge. Etwas schade und sehr kurz gedacht zumal das hotel recht neu ist. Die Zimmer sind funktional und sehr sauber und die Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt

Clean and modern hotel. Would like to see more breakfast options like scrambled eggs and bacon. But what was provided was good and fresh.

Not the best hotel in the area for amenities but it is clean and safe with easy parking, lacks fridge in room , lacks American tv channels and breakfast pretty generic otherwise probably above average for a German hotel for business trip. No gym either

The rooms could have been little bigger. But it was really nice and clean.

My wife and I stayed here overnight on our way to München. Awesome hotel. 5 stars!

Arrived after driving 550km. At first fine but at 2300 had to phone reception sbout music/ noise Although receptionist tried to help we had no option but to change rooms. Not practical and not happy. ********** tried to contact prpoerty but no answer therefore no refund. Customer service at ********** not at fault Definitely should have had tefund due to inconvenience of packing up at near midnight to another room!!!

Very Nice Airport Hotel. In the Squaire. Connected to airport bt two pedestrian bridges up escalators from check in lobbies A/Z and B/C. We were able to order food after 22:00. Room nice. Peaceful view of Stadtwald/City forest

I did not like the fact that you had to pay for parking. The room was crammed and hot we had to leave the same day we checked in. The staff did not care why were leaving SO soon. But it was clean and quiet.
