As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and happy staying here! They offered a great price for laundry, all the staff were so nice and helpful, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and the rooms were so clean! Also, it's incredible that the restaurant offers vegan and organic options. Moreover, I love that there is a wine shop on the premises and a local shop offering African-made products! The only two drawbacks that I will mention is that I had to ask for coffee every morning at breakfast. This would often take 15-20 minutes to serve and I was surprised that coffee wasn't already offered. Also, every morning they started sweeping just outside of the rooms. I could hear this loud broom along the floor at 7:30 am so if you like to sleep in then you need to either bring ear plugs or stay at a different hotel. For some reason, the sweeping was so loud and I was woken up every morning (even with earplugs).

Clean and very comfortable rooms,the staff was amazing and food was excellent so fresh 👍 A very quiet and green environment, I love the farm it looks so beautiful and smile soooo good It has become my personal hotel, I love it Thanks you guys 😀

I stayed at the Explorers Hub for one night at the end of my three week safari trip through Rwanda/Uganda and was truly positively surprised by the great value for money! The team of the hotel and adjacent restaurant was very friendly and attentive, the room (with A/C) spacious and clean, the shower had great water pressure, wifi was stable and breakfast (and dinner) were copious and delicious. I wish more places in Uganda lived up to these standards! Only a minor criticism from a holiday-maker who wants to sleep in: I appreciate a clean environment but I woke up from the slightly excessive sweeping in the courtyard in front of my room, which commenced around 7.30am.

Very hospitable atmosphere and staff.The rooms are well furnished and are clean.It is centrally located right in town.The other beautiful thing is that Explorers Hub offers Airport shuttle at a fee of course.The food is also fresh.

Unique property with an urban farm and specialty local supermarket on site. The restaurant is amazing with a farm to table concept.
The room is clean and comfortable but nothing fancy. Good location. Reccomend for business teavelers.

We stayed in Kampala for 5 days as we attended a friend's wedding. Staying at Explorers Hub made everything easy, they arranged the transportation from Entebbe airport and had a beautiful clean room waiting for us even though we didn't get to the hotel until midnight. The staff was top notch through our stay. It is extremely convenient that they have an AWESOME farm to table restaurant where breakfast is served. The hotel is very well located, next to an amazing Thai restaurant (Tamarai). We didn't travel with our kids, but I could see our 2 and 5 year olds enjoying this place. They also helped us getting laundry done and arranging activities around Kampala. We truly recommend it

Hotel is located in a pleasant, green spot in central Kampala. The atmosphere is friendly. The rooms are decent. Nice combination with the Revive restaurant, which organized nice events and has an interest menu (and great coffee for breakfast!). Definitely recommended.

An awesome facility in a great location, very affordable with a great homely ambiance, and with just the best set of staff imaginable. With only a limited number of rooms, the service is personal as the staff gets to know you and your needs and are always available to provide service with a smile. The restaurant serves incredible meals
