It's a good hotel in the its range of price.Its a clean place with the good reception .But our rooms in the arrive time not good and hadn't balcon.After we said to reception it had changed.Thank for Ali and Kaan.

Dirty rooms that have not been cleaned properly and stink of smoke with an ash tray in. Specifically asked for a non-smoking room with twin beds. Did not get either! Sheets stained, surfaces and kettle covered in dust. Floors in hallways and rooms dirty and not swept. This hotel is disgusting and should not be on *******’s website. Reception staff arrogant, unhelpful and defensive. I was booked in for 3 nights and left after 1 night. This hotel is not up to standard and shouldn’t be sold to people travelling from Europe. I have reported the hotel to ******* and will be taking it further. Do not book unless you want to be disappointed!

Worst hotel and worst holiday ever! We all got sick, the slides were broken. My son got injured on the broken slides! No private beach- the shuttle , if you want to call it that, could fit maybe 10 people, yet they cramped 25/30 people on it, no air con! Safe your money and go somewhere else! Rotten and gone off food, dogs in the pool . Dirty rooms, broken toilet, broken shower… I can’t think of one positive thing…. The lifeguard, he was nice

I stayed in this hotel for seven days, everything was good, the food was good, the place was good, the staff was nice and friendly, the swimming pool was nice and clean, the entertainment was good. If I want to return to Antalya, I will book this hotel again.

There were Many negative points about this hotel. But I will points some of them. I would not recommended it to anybody. I have Been in many hotels around the world. Did not experience with such. 1. In any hotel or restaurant there is free WiFi . In this hotel charge each gust 3 Euro per day . Which is free package internet.2 clean lady. Clean the room and left each day without fresh towel or pick up the dirty one. Leave no toilet paper. We had to call each day for fresh one. 3 . Some staf were not friendly at all. No smile on their faces. 4 . Foods were cold and not even had any things to warm the bread in the morning. 5. Wen we went to the beach, have Ben told it is free using subbed and umbrella and food . The food was ok and free but the man asked us to pay for umbrella and subbed 10 TL. Which I do thing he tried to make money without hotel knew about it. I did report that any way. All together. I believe it was all management ‘s fault . He Has lack of managing a hotel . Off course , there were also some good things about this hotel . The reception staff were very friendly and some young men in the restaurant but all the ladies workers were not. Thanks for reading this feed back and hope you could do something that they can do better managing the hotel in order that all the gusts would be happy for their money . Thanks again

18-23 temmuz arasi 3 aile olarak 3 oda satin aldik.neresinden baslasam bilemiyorum.yemekler berbat havuz pis havuz kenarindaki taslar ellerimizi ayaklarimizi kesti.konaklama yaparken icra memurlari gelip klima ve tvleri toplayip goturduler.otelde her gun bir olay surekli polisler var. animasyon yok eylence yok kimsenin kimseden hbri yok.Neresinden tutarsaniz elinizde kaliyor.kesinlikle 5 yıldız degil pansiyon gibi.Denize 3 km servis saatleri kısıtlı.Sahilde yeme içme yok bir tane fis aliyorsunuz resepsiyondan bakanligin yerinde 1 yemek 1 icecek oda alkolsuz hakkiniz var.Sahilde yerleri bile yok.Soylemeden gecemiyecegim heryerde hersekilde azimle calisan tum elemanlara özellikle NAZMİYE HANİMA COK TŞKLER.NAZMİYE HANİM DAHA GÜZEL YERLERDE OLMAYİ HAKEDİYORSUN.İNSALLAH SENİNLE TEKRAR GORUSMEK NASİP OLUR.kisacasi ucuz etin yahnisi bu kadar kotu olamaz.Rezil olmak istiyorsaniz buyrun gelin.....

Nicht buchen, das Hotel hat max. einen Stern. Katastrophales Essen, unfreundliches Personal. Wir waren noch nie in einem so schlechten Hotel. Das Hotel hat noch nicht einmal Jugendherbergen Charakter.

سلام هم وطنان عزیز من شهریور ۱۴۰۰ به همراه همسر و دو فرزندم به اینجا رفتم مسئول سرگرمی هتل به ایرانیها بطور مدام توهین می کرد ، هتل در منطقه دورافتاده ای بود و اطرافش پر از سگهای وحشی بود، در ساختمان اصلی به ایرانیها اتاق نمی دادند ، راننده مینی بوس هتل (شاتل) حاضر به بردن ایرانیها به ساحل نبود و در کنار روسها ایرانیها رو می بردند ، مسئولین و کارکنان هتل علنا به ایرانیها فحش می دادند هم در رستوران و هم در محوطه هتل ، اگر می خواهید سفر افتضاحی را تجربه کنید به این خراب شده بروید😡

Otel den geçtiğimiz ekim için rezervasyon yaptık fakat otel kapatacağı İçin bize başka saçma sapan oteller Yönlendirdi kabul etmedik iade olsun dedik tamam dediler 6 ay oldu ve halâ iade yok gerçekten bunu yapan bi otel ne kadar profesyonel olabilir ?
