O pessoal de recepção e o café da manhã bons, mas, serviço de limpeza muito ruins. Cheguei por volta das 18h de uma viajem de moto, estava cansada e fui para o quarto, nos corredores dos quartos, ao lado das portas (ok), haviam bandejas com pratos no chão com restos de comida, no dia seguinte fui embora as 12h e tudo estava ainda lá. Os lençóis: o lençol de cima passado e o de baixo estava todo amassados parecendo usado. Uma toalha de rosto no banheiro estava toda manchada, achei que fosse o tapete de chão. O cheiro do quarto HORRÍVEL, parecia de pano sujo e com produto para limpar. Uma pena, me desanimou totalmente e no dia seguinte fui para outro hotel. Só não fui no mesmo dia pois não conhecia a região e estava cansada. Ah outra, coisa os carpetes dos corredores estão sujos também...

Fiquei hospedado nesse hotel, para descansar no feriado de Páscoa. I told the front desk I will just take a time to relax and I pay full price to eat and sleep, since I refuse to stay in my friend house. Segue o padrão Ibis de hospedagem, exceto pelo café da manhã, que ficou abaixo da média em qualidade dos produtos e por que faltaram itens no buffet às 09:00 h, sendo que o café estaria disponível até às 10:00 h. Às 09 h., quando fomos ao buffet, já não havia ovos mexidos e a máquina de café estava sem funcionar.
