Was going to rate a “1” but breakfast attendant was friendly. Room not clean. We planned to stay because of the hot tub. Filthy and cold. Apparently it has been broken for years. Shocked Best Western would put their name on this place. We will likely not be staying at Best Western properties in the future. Not shown: filthy pool and cold tub.

Break fast was ok. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The rooms were not very well insulated so relatively noisy, from neighbours above and each side.
Wifi worked reasonably well.

千萬千萬不要住這家酒店！如果能評負分，我一定給負分！酒店內有bed bugs！超級可怕，住了一晚，第二天全身都是包，奇癢無比！如果當時不是因為太晚，我不認識這個小蟲子是什麼玩意兒！我連夜換酒店走人！回來後所有的東西都扔了，瘋狂洗澡，好害怕帶回家😭

The couch armrests were disgustingly dirty. The trash bins didn’t have a liners. We paid for a king bed and got a queen. The doors also didn’t seem sturdy. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was OK, typical of a budget hotel. The hotel and grounds around it showed a lot of wear and little upkeep.
We also had to deal with lukewarm water in our shower (after letting it "warm" up) and no shampoo or body gel in the dispenser bottles in the shower.
No wonder it was one of the cheapest hotels in the area.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Room was okay no issues there. Being on a 2 week trip, we decided to do a load of laundry on the 2nd night of our stay. The dryer we used stained 1/3 of our load with some kind of grease and made small tears as well. Waiting to hear back from somebody and management on being reimbursed for my damage clothing. Hopefully they are doing some renovations on the laundry room and the washer/dryers inside, as they do not function correctly.

This was the worse place ive stayed at in 20 years of traveling.
The floors were coming apart and very dirty. The bathroom tub has mild all along the edges and tge bathroon sink had no hot water. My tv did not work and took 2 days to get fixed. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone to stat in.
