The outside is attractive and the reception entrance has disability access, which was good. It was convincing from the beginning until I was shown the room. I had no option but to sleep in a damp room, the mattress was messy like a train sleeper coach which was executive room. I paid attention and I saw a cockroach on the towel. The duve is just like a rag that you will not want to use. It was a terrible experience with molds on the window blanket and you will need to beg for soaps and tissue paper every time. In my own experience, there was someone else's sponge and soap inside before checking in and I complained that it should be removed but it was not removed till i checked out forcefully. The windows has no mosquito nets, i am strongly not recommending for solo travels
