有點歷史的旅館，小巧，蠻乾淨舒服，但是沒電梯，房間在3,4 樓層，行旅箱要自己抬上3，4 樓，有點困惱，沒熱水泡茶泡咖啡.

The room was lovely and very clean. I loved the wooden floor and the great view. The staff was very nice. They kept my luggage after I checked out. The position was great, since it was just 10 minutes away from Chur train station, so perfect for a trip to Flims or to Liechtenstein. The bathroom and the toilette were shared but I did not mind since they were always very clean. I gave 4 stars just because working from my laptop was hard without a chair and a desk.

I arrived and had trouble accessing building as I had no internet connection to access email instructions. A very nice gentleman from a shop next to hotel helped me access building. However from there on my stay was a disaster. No kettle facility in room even though it stated there would be in room description. The coffee/tea were on an upper floor which I had difficulty accessing and the coffee machine didn’t work. I felt alone and stranded. I made contact with hotelia on intercom and I was clearly distressed but he was just laughing saying all instructions were sent via email. He said Wi-Fi code was on map in room, it wasn’t. I eventually found it on the back of a booklet. The room was dismal and in need of a lick of paint. The pillow was none existent, I can’t even describe it but it offered no support. The carpet was old and rough underfoot. It was a nice old building but it smelled terrible and needed a good clean. Breakfast was good. Couldn’t wait to get from there as I felt unsafe and alone as a female sole traveller. Not recommended for females alone.

This very unassuming hotel is located conveniently right in the heart of charming Chur and just a 10 minute walk from the train station. My room was nothing special but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the real Five Star experience came in the dining room. I was not prepared for the depth of the menu and the quality of the service in an absolutely beautiful setting. It was one of the best meals I've had anywhere! I only wish that I had had another day to enjoy more great food.

I liked that the property was old, it was surrounded by other old buildings. Staff were very helpful, they carried our bag to our room which was on the second floor. One of the disadvantages of an old building is there is no elevator. I would have liked having a hot water kettle in the room.

Pictures online are deceiving. Very small rooms and bathroom. Smelled of cigarettes. Room didn’t have any water to drink. Handheld shower came off the wall. The mattress was nearly on the ground and the pillows too soft. Great location.

Clean, organised and convenient. The hotel may look like an older property, but the room and toilet was extremely clean, exceeding my expectations. The hosts were also organised and efficient with my check-in, sending instructions before arrival. The location is extremely convenient, walking distance to restaurants and attractions. I was also able to walk (10 mins) to the main train station with my luggage for the Bernina Express.

This boutique hotel is in the middle of the historic district in Chur. It is surrounded by interesting shops and centuries-old buildings (and is itself built around a centuries-old foundation). The owners and their staff are helpful and friendly.

Lovely clean room with a spectacular view. Historic building set in a quiet location but right in the centre of town Bed comfortable, coffee and tea available in the hall way . Price was competitive and represents good value .
