Very helpful front desk. Great last minute booking although air conditioning/heating unit was completely broken off the wall and small spiders in the bathroom.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. No microwave or fridge but for a one night stay that wasn’t a problem for me. Good value for the incredibly low price.

The temperature of the pool was very cold, no hot water in the shower area where pool changing area, no replacement of towels for pool. ******* stated double queen rooms, but they are double beds. Since they changed the size changed there is a safety hazard of mattress supports sticking out on the sides under bed where we could run into or kids could get hurt. Amenities were good, except the hair dryer was missing in our room. We had called and requested adjoining rooms directly after booking and staff stated it wouldn't be a problem yet when we checked in the didn't get them. The manager did find and set it up for our second night and added a fridge and microwave.

When entered the room there was very strong odor from cleaning products. Im highly allergic to bleach and cleaning products with strong smells. .
I was nautious until fell asleep and then didnt sleep very well because my head was pounding from the smell.
It was clean though. I recommend using more eco friendly no fragrance cleaning items.

Needs updating. Attention to details when cleaning. For Example the glass on elevator was dirty Just attention to simple house cleaning in areas other than inside rooms. I will stay here again and would recommend.

If your just pulling off the road or just taking a day trip to the capital the hotels ok. I wouldn't recommend it for any longer than a day.

We were unable to.check in. although we had a reservation, they did not have a room so we had to go to a different hotel.

Stay was booked for four with a King bed and sofa bed. No sheets, blankets, or pillows were in the room for sofa bed. Bathroom only had two towels. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us the missing items. As stated in other reviews, pool was barely heated. The water was pretty cold. The indoor pool was the reason this hotel was chosen so that was disappointing. Breakfast was good but options for small children were slim. Elevator to garage was out of order. Overall a decent stay but less than we hoped for.

The first room didn’t have heat and the shower sprayed on the floor. I was moved the next day and there was a spider in my room and the shower water came out brown. You can hear everything, woke up to a kid yelling about pennies. They kept trying to charge me for nightly fees which I had notice about. Really gone downhill over the years. Supes friendly though.
