Overall a clean property. I was traveling with my mom who has arthritis - convenience for an elderly with health issues was something we were looking for. The facility has elevator so that was a plus. However, the bathroom in our room did not have handrails, not to mention, no shower curtain or door - it was a half glass shower area which caused water to splash outside of the shower area, which made things very unsafe. Free breakfast was a plus as we had just landed in the country and were jetlagged and exhausted with the travel - food options were great. If you are traveling with an elderly or someone with health restrictions, I would suggest researching another property.

The property was under renovations and it had a strong smell of cigarettes. Breakfast was nice, though, and we arrived just in time to catch it (closing at 11am). Staff was not super friendly, and refused to call us a taxi on the way back to the airport.

Hotel muy acogedor, limpio, ordenado, desayuno incluido tipo bufet muy variado y delicioso. Personal de recepción muy amables y educados, hicieron todos los esfuerzos para poder comunic**** conmigo, ya que mi inglés es muy básico todavia. Y arabia saudita su idioma es el árabe. Quede muy encantada con este hotel, y con ganas de volver. Y muy contenta de ser la primera huesped chilena.

اشكركم على تعاون موظفة الاستقبال في الحجز السريع من غير سابق موعد فقط لدي ملاحظات بشأن نظافة الغرفة والصيانة باب الحمام لا يغلق وجود بقايا علكة على طاولة السرير الجانبية وجود قشور لب ( فصفص ) اسفل السرير موظف صالة الطعام (جورجري) متعاون ولا اعلم سبب اختفاء بعض الاصناف مثل ( بان كيك) على مدى يومي ٩ و ١٠ على العموم الفطور جيد مقارنة بالسعر ٣٠ ريال للشخص

Un staff peu présent, mais aimable quand possible et des prestations indisponible (pas de gym, pas de fer à repasser etc) mais bon pour le bas prix de la nuit c’est pas grave. Le lit était confortable et la chambre calme.
