Stay in hotel was so so about experience at all levels ***** with Nature. Best hospitality. We enjoyed every minute from check in to high tea with folk music to dinner and morning breakfast with singer. Kids enjoyed the ebike on the property like Nature walk. Pool at right place to enjoy greenery.

We are frequent travellers and stayed in ***y hotels around the globe. Devi Ratn was One of the best hotels we stayed at from its location, view, room, food and staff perspective. Special mention to Sudham who had gone above and beyond to make our stay best ever. And the rates are extremely reasonable and value for money. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Jaipur

The rooms are beautifully decorated and the location is stunning. The staff is fantastic, very polite and helpful. The breakfast spread is amazing. The resort is environmentally conscious, welcoming to everyone, and supports the local community. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. They have great facilities for both kids and adults, and the staff is very supportive of the elderly guests.

Recently I visited Devi Ratn with my family for dinner at Oriental Pavilion, and I must applaud that it is the best Pan Asian restaurant in Jaipur, with mouthwatering food and excellent service. It’s like a complete package of happiness. Right from their kitchen team Chef Dev, Chef Darban and Chef Dinesh to their smiling service team ***n, Aniket and Glory. Everyone were on their toes to make sure that my family were well taken care of. Beautiful and clean hotel and amazing staff. Planning to stay with my extend family very soon.

The food quality is amazing 🤩 Loved the place It’s aesthetic ! If you love Japanese food like sushi , sashimi, prawns , lobster you should definitely visit this restaurant. Perfect for family gatherings . Even the ambience is outstanding. I will definitely go again .

Property is good but was overcrowded. I would request hotel team to let us know whenever the occupancy is very low.. we live in jaipur and prefer to stay out in resorts every now and then to break the monotony of life... but at the same time we don't prefer overcrowded hotels. Secondly, your hotel claims to be pet friendly, charges almost 3000 extra for a pet, yet we were asked to sit out in hot weather while having dinner... we resisted then they gave us a table inside in a corner... this is not a pet friendly behaviour... learn from COLOCAL delhi... if u claim to be pet friendly and charge extra for it... then there should be absolutely no discrimination against the pet parents... ask them to control the pet.. it's their responsibility... but to single them out and ask them to sit out in a Non-AC place is not just not acceptable ... we were accommodated inside after our resistance... else we would have certainly escalated the issue... plz don't mislead the customers by saying u are pet friendly, if you are not. Moreover, u guys ask so ***y questions on pet, like age, weight , breed etc... plz take a break.. are u guys really pet friendly.?? U should just say one thing that bring pets but keeping them well-behaved and controlled is pet parents responsibility ... other than that no questions should be asked... else stop calling your property pet-friendly on every website. We wouldn't have chosen devi ratan if it wasn't pet friendly for a day break..

A very welcoming and warm experience for me and my family, all thanks to the team working hard from the ***ager explaining us about the whole property be it the history, the architecture and the beauty, to the staff making sure that everything is perfect and taking full care of our needs, and the experience at the property itself was relaxing and fun for us.
