"Check-in was smooth, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean, with well-chosen furniture and décor that clearly show the hotel’s effort in delivering quality and comfort.
The smart toilet bowl was definitely a highlight. However, the bathroom did not provide hand and face towels. While the hotel may be trying to adopt a greener approach by reducing towel usage, the absence of these basic towels may lead guests to use more tissues instead. It would be great if the hotel could consider adding at least a small set for convenience.
The swimming pool overlooking the river offers a nice and relaxing view, perfect for unwinding.
At the moment, the hotel does not serve breakfast in a buffet style. I hope they will introduce a buffet breakfast option soon, as it would certainly enhance the overall experience for guests."
"Grat location, clean rooms, friendly staff and good facilities. I regularly stay at Queen Mansion as it offers great value and in a fun part of Phnom Penh. The hotel is near Russian Market and has many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel is clean, the staff speak good English and try to accommodate all needs."

"The location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.
The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful.
The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.
It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which felt a bit strange. The food was fine but could have been hotter, it felt that presentation took priority over heat. The prices in the restaurant seemed quite high.
I love the idea that this place is eco friendly however if guests are expected to top up water bottles the water stations should be clean and inviting.
The gym was a bit scruffy and not inviting but then I wasn’t there for that!
The place is relatively new however there were definite signs of the rooms being tired but I think if cleaned more would make the place look spectacular - which I guess is the desired effect. Eg. Our courtyard was very scruffy and not welcoming. The TV wasn’t working and the windows in the apartment desperately needed cleaning.
Some little touches and attention to detail would bring this back to the 5* glory that it should be.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope that the management team take my comments on board because I think it could be fabulous."
